    It was shipped to me from the manufacturer and was damaged on the outside. After installed it I discovered it was a 230 volt not a 115 volt. I rewired new outlet for a 230 volt and powered it up. When it started up the fan blades where out of balance and it just about vibrated out of my window.

    It is broken and will not run. Arrived that way, plugged the unit into the wall and nothing! So far it has been 3 weeks since acquiring item and Best Buy said they will have the unit picked up and a full refund for us. I certainly hope so! The customer service people need to sharpen their skills. Not the greatest service either.

    I installed this maybe four days ago and it’s working pretty good. I can’t believe how quiet it is. We could have this on full blast and still you hardly hear a sound from it.
