This Arlo wireless camera is very good for me l can see at my phone

The battery don't last long. Always have extra ones

A completely wireless camera system and is AWESOME

So I purchased a two camera system with security bay and I needed one more camera. I thought I would try a refurbished model. So far so good. I bought the two year replacement plan for 15 bucks. Even with the replacement plan it still was less than a new one and now I am covered for two years.

Good camera, easy to use and holds charge for a long time.

So far it is a very good security camera... very well made

These are refurbished and having problems with 2 of the 4 cameras as far as connecting to the base unit. Says they are offline when the other 2 are not. I would recommend buying new units.

For the price this is a good addition to a security system that doesn't need high-res video. I also like the disposable batteries for this location - interior. Which tend to last longer than the rechargeable Arlo option.

I was a little concerned about buying a refurbished product before! Now if I can help it I won't do so again. I bought 2 refurbished arlo cameras and both had problems. Both had night vision problems, one work but the color did not. The other only the color worked but the night vision didn't. Hopefully when I return them at the store they can refund the shipping cost for sending a defective product.

The description of this refurbished camera talks about the quick setup, the motion detection, the cloud service, etc. What it doesn't say is that none of that is possible without all sorts of equipment that is not shipped with it and costs extra, like a base station, an ethernet cord, an AC power cord for setup, etc. So your $80 camera purchase is just for the camera - you'll have to fork over quite a lot more to get it working. I am just gobsmacked by this and am taking it back for a refund.

Good system. The only drawback was purchasing a refurbished system that was still registered to a previous owner. Not sure who was supposed to clear it. Arlo techs assisted me to get the system registered correctly.

Nice having camera mounted too high for convenient charging, but uses battery that lasts 6 months. Only down side was that I didn’t read that it has no sound recording.

I was leary about purchasing a refurbished camera but the price was too low to pass on. The camera has operated as expected and I was able to gain additional visibility on the property with zero issues.

I purchased another camera to round out my count to four, now each side of my home is covered. I paired the doorbell with it too and am loving the integration with the camera covering the front door.

This system doesn’t work well for wifi. The battery drains very quickly & they are expensive. Not worth it.

you have to calibrate it very often plus the metal screws rust this is the reason I bought a refurbished one, I have six cameras quite a few are rusted.

I can now see what’s going on at my front door in in my driveway very quickly. I didn’t have to sign up for any service just through my Wi-Fi I can see what’s going on.

Not capturing all motion. Wish I had installed it sooner. I'm now past the return policy date :(
