I have gone through 3 of them and I am a general user and take good care of my electronics. The main problem has been the screen starts to bubble near the right side button after about 3 months then cracks. However, the screen replacement has been easy through Best Buy.

Good protection and easy to install

Also I’m not sure why but this time the screen protector was hard to remove from the packaging which messed up the installation. It’s not a huge deal but it did leave a couple air bubbles unlike the last time I bought this protector.

However, I have had my phone for only two weeks, and have no recollection of dropping it, and yet somehow the edge is already chipped. I believe they'll put a new one on at little or no charge...

I love that part. But although her phone screen did not break, I have already purchased this screen protector 3 times and will now need a forth one since June 2020.

Glass protector

I would prefer being able to have a case that covered the whole iPhone pro but because you have to swipe a lot it will not work well

Broke quickly

It was a soft drop, landed flat on the outterbox case. Unsure if it’s a bad produce or just bad luck. Another trip back to Best Buy.

Thankfully the screen of the phone did not break but still frustrating, didn't have it that long before it happened.
