    This video is great for beginners, but like any workout video, gets very boring after watching/doing it over and over and over. Your typical video, but great arm workouts.

    I enjoy the workout on the dvd, but I do not find the exercises very challenging. That tends to bore me a bit. I do the exercises, but I find that I do not use this workout dvd as often as I would have liked.
