I'm a huge fan of the original Evil Dead trilogy! To watch a continuation of the original films is just horrortastic! The cast is great and groovy! Wish there was more episodes per season. Horror at its finest. If your planning on picking up a copy make sure it's a steelbook bluray edition. It's a very nice collectors item and best edition all around to go with. Best Buy does seem to be very limited with its steelbooks so I would recommend ordering as soon as possible. When the first season metal pack was released I didn't preorder it. Luckily when I went in person to the store there was only one copy left and without a doubt I grabbed it!

Unlike some of Bruce Campbell's low budget films, this show lives up to the hype. It's great fun. Quality control is somewhat lacking though. The second disc is encoded in a way that is causing loading errors on many players, including the Oppo 103D. It's easily fixed by clearing the player's memory. But, many have reported frustration using an variety of players. This is a problem with all discs, not just the steelbook edition, which are the same discs as in the regular release. Scanavo has REALLY been slipping with their Steelbook production though too. This is the third steelbook case we've purchased in the past six months that has a defective plastic liner that won't adequately latch. The latches aren't broken, they just won't quite reach together far enough to clasp. It's not a deal breaker. Afterall a real metal case that won't snap shut is still way cooler than plastic or paper. But, Best Buy needs to bring this to Scanavo's attention, as a lot of people have reported the same defect in online HT discussion boards.

Ash Vs Evil Dead season 2 is even more crazy than season 1.Just check out the second episode for what I meam.The gore and humor is way over the top which is what makes this series so much fun.Season 2 has a nice steelbook .One bit of warning.I;ve seen people reporting that disk 2 won't load on some blu ray players.It freezes after the GROOVY load.I myself had no problems playing disk 2 on my player and BD drive but wanted to put that out there since I've seen several reports of this issue.

This series continues to be a treat to both lifelong Evil Dead fans and newcomers. While I'm a bigger fan of steelbooks, I do prefer the Season 1 Best Buy Exclusive MetalPak with the embossed/debossed finish. With that said, I'm still content with the Season 2 Exclusive as it does feature some good art on the front and back of the steelbook as well as some inner print.

Another great season of Ash Vs Evil Dead! I recommend this to Bruce Campbell fans everywhere, as well as fans of comedy/horror movies like The Return of the Living Dead. The cast is great once agin, it's nice seeing Lucy Lawless in an expanded role compared to season one, as well as Ted Raimi make a nice cameo appearance for a few episodes. There is also a surprise return of one of the original Evil Dead cast members that's pretty memorable this season.

I had such a great time with the first season, I've now watch the second season twice in less than a week. The fact that they added my favorite childhood actor Lee Majors to play Ashes father was awesome! And the rest of the actors were great! I mean theirs action,comedy,drama ,horror and lots of gore. Then throw in nudity and lots of profanity and you have one of the funniest shows on cable.

Bruce Campbell returns for a great 2nd season in the Evil Dead franchise. Grab your shotgun, strap on your chainsaw....it's about to get bloody. What great fun this series is-- but what else would you expect from the great Bruce Campbell? Highly recommended. So, whatcha waiting for? Buy already.

I really like the original Evil dead movies, and LOVE the Army of Darkness movie! This show basically takes all the best elements from both styles and marries them together into an awesome show. And to have Bruce Campbell star/reprise the Ash role is brilliant. Check this one out deadites!

Ash vs Evil Dead Season 2 really upped the game set in Season 1 with improved CGI, more tie-ins back to the films from the Evil Dead franchise and a whole lot of laughs and crazy plot twists along the way. The Best Buy exclusive SteelBook is top quality as always. Groovy.

Though not without a few stumbles, Ash vs Evil Dead's second season was a definite improvement over its freshman year run. Not that Season 1 wasn't fun and ferocious gooey gory goodness, but it didn't quite have a handle on Ash, as a character, like Season 2 did.

What's not to like about this! Season 2 is even crazier than the first, and its great!! If you are a fan you already have these 2 Ash vs Evil Dead series in your collection. If you are not a fan pick them up because you will not be disappointed!

A must have for Evil Dead Fans and Evil Dead Collectors. This Blu Ray for season 2 is as amazing and scary as Season 1! Highly Recommended! And the Best Part! Its a Very Rare Exclusive Limited Steelbook Packaging only in Best Buy!

Loved this 2nd season entry of the further misadventures of one Ashley J. Williams. The addition of Lee Majors as his dad...priceless. Over the top gore and action...for fans of the Evil Dead franchise it's a must own.

So happy Best Buy offered a Steelbook for Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 2. Kinda wish the first season's Metalpak had been a Steelbook so they'd match a little better, but I love them both anyway and the show looks awesome on Blu-ray.

This is the greatest horror/comedy show ever. Season 2 was excellent and now easy to re watch any time. Steelbook is great and highly recommended. It does NOT Come with a digital copy however which is a bummer.
