I've owned and played all of the assassin creed games ever made and find this latest rendition to be the best. The story is great and the action even better. I highly recommend this to anyone whether a fan of previous Assassin creed games or not. 10 out of 10

This assassins creed is so refreshing, I am so happy to see that the makers have deviated from the boring repetitive gameplay and introduced new mechanics to the game which made it so much more fun and feel great, the story line is very engaging as well.

The game is a step up from last year series. the two characters are fun to play with. The skills can be upgraded for each play type. The story is good. The graphics are stunning while viewing the city. it plays smoothly with hardly noticeable framerate drops.

This is the first time in a long time that I've enjoyed an AC game as much as I did here. London is a place you just want to explore and taking over the city is just fun. The story and characters are great and the new gameplay mechanics make this a must buy.

Syndicate is a much better AC game than Unity was. You don't have to worry about completing missions with other players and no bugs that make the game unplayable. I enjoy multiplayer games, but AC was founded on individual skill and that is how Syndicate is. I enjoyed the AC multiplayer of the older AC games but I didn't like it being integrated into the main story mode. I fee this created problems. Syndicate doesn't have those problems. You get 2 assassins to choose from and you can upgrade them individually. They have different play styles as well. The season pass is worth the extra expense to get a broader scope of the game, but not necessary. I was fearful about the yearly AC game coming out, but Syndicate has given me faith that this franchise can succeed. Unity was a mistake and Ubisoft listened to the consumer and fixed it for Syndicate.

After all the glitched games that Ubisoft had released I totally was set on passing on this game. A friend said I should give it a try and I found it on sale, so I rolled the dice. Even my wife was like why do you keep buying these games you'll end up hating? But this time we were both wrong.
This game is so much fun, it's so far my favorite in the series. What a great game with great characters. Being able to play as both Evie or Jacob Fry is so much fun.
I'm normally not a Platinum trophy hunter unless it's a game I love, and this game I really love and will enjoy hunting and getting a 100% on this game for the Platinum Trophy.
I would highly recommend this to anyone. Again, I had no hopes for this game and thought it was gonna be another cookie cutter Assassins Creed shoveled out, but it's a great game worth playing

I found this game a bit more interesting then Unity. I also love the grappling hook ability! Although I miss some aspects of the earlier games, this one seems more streamlined and playable. Definitely a good addition to add to your AC library!

The updated graphics for ps4 pro make this a must buy, but the new fighting system also makes it a winner! Story lags compared to other Assassin's Creed games but along with Black Flag, it is one of the most entertaining! Great open world and with the addition of the grappling hook, exploring Victorian England is an absolute thrill.... It is a game you will find yourself playing multiple times, for the price, pick it up!

As has always been the case, Assassin’s Creed thrives on the environmental appeal. From the moment you step into one of these dynamically inspired historic set pieces, you’re enthralled. We all have our favorite locales and while one could argue that Ubisoft has yet to top Italy, there’s no doubt in my mind that 1868 London ranks right up there with the very best presentations to date. It’s jam-packed with things to see and do, the city streets teem with activity at almost all hours of the day, and the overall design is nigh-on unparalleled. There are a few very minor graphical bugaboos but they’re rarely significant enough to matter and they almost never impact the gameplay. With gorgeous character modeling and styling, superb animations, and a wonderfully authentic veneer, Syndicate is a thing of beauty.

This new entry in the AC series is a pretty good addition in the series. Graphics and story are good, gameplay same as always. I always love playing a new AC game. It's more of the same though if you don't enjoy the previous titles.

This has to be the best Creed since Black Flag! I loved the story and I also completed every mission and side mission. Graphics are great, but not as good as Black Flag. I would recommend this to anyone who love adventure games!

This was a pleasant experience after playing Unity. While I enjoyed the co-op of unity to sign extent, this game was a polished single player experience. Controls still suck, but at least they added ways to traverse the world faster

This new AC series is a huge improvement from Unity. So far the game has been great and a lot of fun to play. There are still few glitches here and there but overall is great. Would definitely recommend this game to any AC fan.

Syndicate is a great improvement over Unity. They've stripped the game of all the unnecessary multiplayer features and returned to the games roots. You get two play as two protagonists and customize their weapons, look, and skills to your liking. There's plenty of side missions to go along with the story to keep you busy. Overall if you like the Assassin's Creed franchise then you'll like this game it doesn't give you any new revolutionary gameplay besides the grappling hook thing and but it is a solid game fans of the series and even newcomers will like. If you have gotten bored with past games then this one probably isn't for you.

A Step in the Right Direction

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is a step in the right direction, but not quite anything more than just a step. While it feels more refined, and takes a page out of Assassin's Creed II in its historical presentation and likeable character development, it continues to forget what makes Assassin's Creed lore so important: the modern day. Reliving history is the key to our future, and not progressing that factor and only giving us cinematic tidbits and a cliffhanger ending to the current day situation are disappointing. But in terms of being in Victorian London? It's the most beautifully crafted digital London ever, generally smooth and fun albeit clunky to navigate, stealth stabbing is also as rewarding as ever, and there's enough to do to keep a person occupied for a long time.

This is so much better than AC3, which was the last AC game I played. The setting is intriguing. The zipline is very useful. The controls are still kind of wonky, but I guess that's to be expected with an AC game.

AC Syndicate follows two charismatic characters that happen to be syblings. These two really make the game in all of its charm. The London landscape is a great setting as we approach the present day with every release. Camera angles, movement, and game combat are still wonky at times but still enjoyable. The problem is, with multiplayer omitted, single as repetitive as its ever been, it's a bit lacking. Not to mention the glitches galore, hopefully they've been fixed by now. It's a real slap in the face with the Season Pass trend, and Ubisoft is without exception offering $30 for more content, when it really should be included with the actual release. Buy this when they release a complete edition with the all the DLC for $60.
