Machine is lightweight, has good picture and sound. On mine the enter part of the mouse sticks, right out of the box which is frustrating. The a key is also slightly indented, so my fat fingers tend to hit the key that brings you to the main menu instead. Aggravating when you are typing an email. For the price it works well.

Thin and lightweight, with a nicely spacious keyboard and a remarkably clear screen resolution, this a terrific device if you need to check your email, surf the web and do a little light work on a computer. I love mine!

Solid, yet unspectacular - does the job as a Chromebook. Nice design, actually feels better in your hand than you would think it would at this price point. I'm satisfied!

Reviews said Chromebook was compatible with Word files, on which my novels and other projects are created, but it was not. It kept crashing while I was working in the files and not saving them and if I saved them as google docs they got all messed up. Also, my chromebook crashes and freezes up WAY too much. I'm not sure about getting a refund from the distributor at this point, because it's so immersed in all of my online passwords, places--and I'm not sure how to "wipe it" like one does a computer. I feel I really wasted my money when I could've gotten a Dell laptop instead. :(

This Chromebook looks and feels much better than the Samsung one I had. However, it was a disappointment because after giving it to my daughter for Christmas, it lasted about 48 hours. We followed the first charge directions (which seems a little archaic given current technology). After two days of light use though the chromebook wouldn't charge and it seemed like power was pulsing through it because the screen would dim and then light up, in a regular pattern. A Christmas present you cannot use until weeks later (when the replacement arrived at local Best Buy), no bueno. :-(

These two machines were purchased as family Christmas gifts for our children and were delivered a week late due to illness at our house. It is too early to write a formal review of these units, but would like to do so at a later date. My overall rating is based on the specs of the machines.

I bought this item for my son and it was an excellent purchase. He can do all his school work on it and also play games.

The Chromebook serves my purpose fine. I just needed something to surf the internet on. It is pretty quick overall. It is a little slow when trying to open photos, but otherwise it is good. I think it's a nice product for the price.

I bought the computer for my dad (70) he only uses it for the web and emails. Perfect for him

got this for my wife who loves it and serves the purpose of purely internet browsing... there are apparently great apps that can be used to which we haven't explored yet.

am totally satisfied with my purchase and experience. I could not have done as well anywhere. I love this Chromebook. Highly recommend the experience and the item.

Wish the instructions for setting up a non-cloud printer could be understood by a not teckie.

Everything was great! Best Buy took care of everything I needed and everything went smoothly. My laptop is amazing and I would go through Best Buy again.
