Bought this because of the size and the weight. Good for light duty office/school work. I use it scan and print documents etc, and light web browsing. I’m very happy with the purchase. Very happy with battery life. Cons: No built in memory card reader, no removable battery, only 1 standard USB 3.0 port (other one is 2.0), no hard drive activity light. This is on the slow side, so if you don’t have patients, this is not for you.

I like it very much, I like how it’s big and carry able. It is able to run Roblox fine. I like the color, and how the logo is directly in the center. This is five stars!

Owned this laptop for about 2 years now and wow I can say it's surprised me how much it's came to use. I use it on a daily for work and to do some shopping for things for the shop and man it's been very useful from the battery lasting all day, and camping I use it to play movies for the kids.

Great laptop! Lightweight easy to take places. Had it for around a year and still works like new. Use it for work.

The Asus laptop had every feature I needed. A 14 inch screen provides an ideal balance between an easy to read screen and very light weight. As of June 2022, this Asus ships with Windows 11 S mode pre-installed. The 128gb is enough for everyday needs, while the version with only 64gb will soon be frustrating for users. The Intel Celeron processor has enough power for basic needs such as email, reading news stories and watching Netflix. But not enough muscle for demanding games. A one year subscription to Microsoft 365 is included, with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft programs. When you register, Asus extends the warranty for an extra three months and provides one year of insurance for accidental damage. It took FIVE HOURS to download and install a bazillion software updates. If you let updates download in the background, it might take a week or so. I had to turn off "S Mode" to install the driver for my ancient Canon printer. The screen is good for Netflix movies when you are directly in front of the screen but it is washed out when you are at an angle. Netflix movies have clear sound but lack both deep bass and high treble. Connecting a good bluetooth speaker solves that weakness. The battery lasts eight to ten hours depending on screen brightness and which apps you are using. The charger is VERY light weight, about half the size and weight of the charger for my previous 14 inch laptop, For under $250, I do not know of any other Windows 11 laptop that will outperform the Asus. The Windows 365 one year access is worth $70 by itself. This is a good lightweight laptop that will work well for a high school student taking remote classes and for adults needing a laptop for email, reading the news, watching Netflix, and other basic tasks.

Bad product I barely used it and now is not working

My laptop just switched off and it’s no longer switching on, I don’t know what could be the problem, showing the red light on battery even when connected to power it’s not switching on

It was working then the keyboard stop working wasn’t able to type or nothing and then the screen went black and it stop working and won’t turn back on

I purchased this laptop because I needed something I could use to work while traveling. I got this laptop on sale and it has been sufficient and effective for the light work I do on it. It's extremely lightweight and easy to carry, and the screen is a decent size.

Great for the price, USB ports stop working after traveling too much, that’s probably normal. Great laptop for college and for the price. Almost 2 years and the only reason I’m shopping for a new one is the USB ports, which is probably my fault.

I bought this laptop several months ago. It is working great. Fast on and off. No issues with web surfing and office related work. I am able to watch any video service without issues. WiFi connection is fast. Battery life has been great.

Good average laptop. Speed is good. Just wanted a simple laptop and battery life is nice. Wanted something cheap and got this on sale. The screen is not the best, but is does what it's supposed to do. Gonna use this for years to come. I have a Macbook Air, so all my larger files and pictures go on there. For this computer, it is perfect to use for work and school. Simple browsing as well and easy to use. I been using this more than my Macbook Air. Good Job ASUS.

Best purchase so far. Iv got a lot of laptops this one by far best. It's not slow like my dell. I love of it's got touch number pad. Battery last long time. Charges fast as well.
