The touchpad is sensitive but the windows 8 sometimes make it frezze a little bit. But it still run very well. It worth for money though.

This laptop is great for a super low price! Battery life is good. It is great for college work and everyday use such as internet, doing homework, taking notes. I also like that it has a full number pad because I have to do a lot of data analysis for my major. Overall, I am very satisfied with this laptop. Definitely recommend to other college students.

This Asus laptop is so great! it is so easy to type, I love basic laptops I'm not into the touchscreen ones. It runs really fast and has great graphics and there is no lag while playing the sims 4. i highly recommend this laptop to the people who are looking for a nice laptop

This is a replacement for a similar Laptop that failed while we were travelling in our Motorhome. Fortunately we have a routine backup procedure. There is nothing fancy about this LT but it does all that we ask. It handles our Email and business activities without a problem. We had purchased the same LT for our Granddaughter last spring when it was on sale as a package, from BB. Battery life is adequate for our needs and we are often without shore power (120 Hz AC) when travelling. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I updated my 4 year old HP laptop with this ASUS laptop. I don't need a high-end graphics and gaming computer as I primarily use my computer to surf the internet and do home-business applications. Various other "more expensive" laptops have a bunch of extra software that I didn't need and don't feel like paying for so this laptop worked out great. There are a lot of free apps and shareware out there that I use instead of purchasing software (like Office 2010) which keeps the price of under $250 very attractive!

As a broke college kid I obviously needed an affordable laptop. I got the summer black friday deal and i could not be happier. It works as good as a $350 laptop. I have had no problems with it so far and windows 8 isnt as difficult as everyone was saying.

I bought this for my husband who is very non techy, He loves it and it is easy to operate. This is his first computer and he is catching on real fast. The price was too good to pass up-great looking laptop and clear screen. I would recommend this to all.

Bought this one to just use out in the field. Seems to have a good battery life, nice touch on the full keyboard. One bad pixel, but I will not judge the display on that. I can live with that. The ABS plastic case is fairly sturdy. Wireless works great. This should last a couple of years. Back up everything to the cloud and it's worry free. Plays DVDs without any jerkiness or hesitation that I can see. Robust and cheap. The two don't normally go together except in this case.

Best buy (no pun intended) for your buck. Great speed and memory space for a low cost computer. Does everything we need. Tested it out and loaded some more programs prior to giving to my daughter this Christmas. Hope she's not reading this!

I wanted to simplify and replace my 7 year old laptop. I read the specs for this laptop and was able to get it at a very reasonable price. I have not been disappointed as it is much faster than my previous computer and it meets my needs.

This Asus Laptop is a great laptop I will let everbody know about this laptop I like how light and fast it is and start is under 5 secs with windows 8 I would get this laptop again.

This was purchased for the family to use especially a school age child to do homework. We have had no issues with the computer and love it. Its fast and easy to use. We do not use for gaming so can't comment on the speed for game use.

I bought this computer to replace my wife's 6-7 year old laptop which was slow and had limited storage on the hard drive. For essentially $200, I got everything that I needed. It's lighter, faster, and more efficient. My wife and I use it to surf the web, check email, use Microsoft Office, and store photos and videos. It does all these things well. I haven't tested the battery life yet but have had it unplugged for more than 1 hour and it still has plenty of juice.

Good Laptop for the money. Good for internet, music and vides.

The price was unbelievable for the value. The speed and memory are more than sufficient for college students and several browsers and programs running do not slow it down. The wifi reception is excellent and everything loads quickly.
