Great Laptop for the Price

This is my first ASUS computer and I have had no problems in the set up or operation with this laptop. I have adapted to Windows 10 fairly quickly. The mouse pad and 10 key pad is a little different than the brand I had before, so I have had to get used to those nuances, but I really have no complaints. I would highly recommend this for someone looking for a 17" screen laptop for day to day computing tasks.

Looks very sleek. I personally have to get use to the update of windows but runs great havent had issues. VERY light weight, screen is very large, plus the added addition of a full key board with ten key.

good laptop for the cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this laptop since black Friday 2015. It's a good laptop for the cost. Use friendly, easy to navigate & Windows 10 isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. The one thing I don't like is where the USB ports are located on the bottom of the side. I would rather they be at the top since I always have 2 external hard drives plugged in & I'm afraid I'm going to keep bumping the plugs & damage the USB ports. But other than that, it's great!

Good overall

I did return the is item to bestbuy because 17" was just to big to be portable for me, I returned it and got a 13" that I'm very pleased with. Good laptop if you don't plan to take it everywhere.

Great customer service

Purchased 2 of these laptops for our young adult children for Christmas of 2015. The customer service to have these laptops loaded was no problem with Best Buy even during a busy season.

Good Computer

There are a couple of keyboard issues that are a little irritating. For instance the spacebar needs to be pushed very deliberately and firmly or it will not work.
