I really had no interest In a notebook. I am used to a full keyboard with numeric pad, but this notebook has more power than the laptops I was looking at. I am adjusting well to the difference in the keyboard. I am super happy with the amount of work I can do with this little machine. Battery lasts for a good while also

We shopped for the best value in a 13 inch screen laptop. This laptop is very fast and compact. Also has more storage than I will ever use.

This is a light, fast and intuitive machine. It truely takes place of my old laptop and adds a new feature of being a pad computer.

My old computer was 5/6 years old so I'm getting used to the new updated software. The Asus is light weight easy to use. No disk drive I didn't think to ask that question because in 2012 all computers had disk drives. But I would purchase this computer again.

My wife and I were looking for a laptop for her granddaughter in Colorado. we opted to purchase at Best Buy so we could let them pick it up at their local store. After shopping our local store inventory we decided on the Asus. I liked the Asus because of their reputation as a manufacturer. (I prefer Asus motherboards for myhome-builds.) Add the solid quality of construction and you have the perfect combination for a high school freshman. As it turns out we chose well. Our freshman loves her new computer! She likes the speed, styling and the convenience of the smaller size.

I love this little powerhouse. Touchscreen is great! Price is right with great options!

I needed a compact lap top for work that I could take to meetings. I was tempted to buy the surface pro but couldn't see spending upwards of $1k for it with all the accessories. Also looked at dell and hp and decided this was the right price for what i needed to do. Love the i5 processor. I almost went with a laptop with a solid state HD but decided I wanted the storage (1TB) and would deal with the slower hard drive access time. So far so good! (July 2017)

This is a great laptop for everyday domestic or business use. The hard disk has ample space, and the average user does not really need the i7 processor. The i5 in this one is more than enough for the average joe. The hinge mechanism feels smooth and solid. Is it paperthin? No, but it is easy to carry around, and light on your wallet too.

Good processor and storage for the money. Also has 8GB ram for making programs run smoothly. Overall good budget laptop with extra perks included in storage, processor and RAM.

We wanted a slightly smaller laptop that would also carry us into the next couple of years w/o having to upgrade. The Asus 2 in 1 does just that. More power than we will need, but nice to know we are good for a while. touch screen is a nice upgrade and the convertible notebook feature is a nice addition also. very user friendly.

This little laptop easily converts to a touch screen tablet. The mouse/touch pad is sometimes not as responsive as I’d like, which makes me glad it has a touchscreen. So far, I am happy with this computer. I generally use it to search the net and to create Google docs and slide presentations while watching TV. The size and weight make it easy to balance on my lap, but I’m not sure I’d use it for gaming.

This really nice Asus laptop converts into a tablet, whose functionality is enhanced with the purchase of a Wacom pen. It runs all the programs I need it to nicely and is a nice machine for creating digital art (with the pen, sold separately). The only ding I have against it is there are small portions of the screen that have gone wrong, color-wise, i.e. when it should be black it displays a light grey. This is not due to smudges on the screen as I have cleaned it several times. But overall, this is a small complaint compared with the quality of the laptop. A big thumbs up!

very happy with this purchase! it is light weight, easily accessible with fingerprint recognition, does not heat up on your lap, it is attractive no matter where you use it - adding office 365 allows me to keep my work up to date in real time because I can sync all of my devices

I have had this laptop for multiple years. It is so easy to use. I love that it is both touch and keyboard. I am able to navigate the screen without any difficulty.

I've owned it for a month now and I've been impressed so far. There's better computers available, but for the price, it's great!
