There is 200 off when I bought this computer which is very cheap for the facilities. Now it works well but it has some noise.

The battery life is great and the screen is full HD so it had good screen. My only complaint is that the touchpad is so sensitive. I had to disable the zoom features because it kept zooming in everytime I scroll with 2 fingers. My previous laptops never had this issue but had no choice but to buy this one since it was the only one available for student deals. Now I have to use a mouse to avoid this problem.

I purchased this product with a student coupon. It's a good computer for the price. I had some issues with the response time.

This computer is much better than what i was used to before. If you are fine with the specifications, it would be the correct computer as it has fine storage, speed, outputs etc, BUT this thing with the track pad really gets on your nerves after a while. I bought this laptop about 5 months ago and ever since week 2 the trackpad is erratic. I feel like this is a bit brushed over in other reviews. IT IS ANNOYING. How annoying? It jumps around all over the place as you move it, blinks, randomly thinks you are clicking and it zooms anytime you want to actually click. The worst comes if you are in Microsoft word, where it will highlight all your work just as you are pressing the backspace button, zoom in 400 %, and forget about doing diagrams for your lab reports in an efficient manner. I want to like this laptop, but the trackpad issue is a dealbreaker. Not worth the hassle.

Bought this laptop for my wife to use for College. It was very easy to set up and did not come with a lot of the additional programs you do not need like some other brands. Very fast and responsive and no issues to date.

I might've found the perfect setup for student/upcoming business owner. I have been an apple fan for years but unfortunately my budget wouldn't allow me to spend 2500 on the newest :(. Anyway I love this laptop I bought in its place, it has the same processing system as the newest apple, camera does suck compared to the MacBooks but hey I'm looking for a good laptop not a camera! Easy to use & even has fingerprint logon that saves a lot of time especially in a rush to get ready for class. Touch screen and foldable, I rarely use the folding part because when I'm holding the laptop I'm pressing keys on the other side that takes it out of tablet mode(touch screen while folded), which I'm sure wouldn't do damage but kind of irks my nerves thinking about what if I mess up the keys. Battery life is f******g awesomeee!!!! I charged it up all night when I opened the box, I never turn the laptop off due to my schedule, school mon-Thur 10-4 then homework for another hour or two somewhere in between working, didn't get the low battery notification till 3 or 4 days later. Word & laptop security & accessories came with for a great price for a year, I actually needed word the first day of school so that was great, I got the stylus pen which helps a lot especially while taking notes in any class, easy clicks that switch from notepad to drawing screen & is Bluetooth compatible with laptop. The only con is I'm not sure how to turn it off or it goes off being unused for a while idk hasn't died on me yet, it does use the triple a battery. My mouse was an easy install, just a USB plug in to connect laptop to mouse. Make sure you also sign up for specials if your a student. Over all I'm happy with this purchase I still will look into getting a MacBook Pro but this will definitely work for now.

I purchased this item for my son for college. Long gone are the days of paying thousands for a quality laptop. This machine packs a punch. It's lightweight, durable, and convenient. The processor and storage are ideal for his computing needs and the more modern 2 in 1 features makes owning this machine somewhat trendy. I didn't purchase the pen, but will do that later if my son needs it (actually I'll let him purchase it :-) ). Great machine.

the laptop is nice and light and easy to use, windows ink makes taking note very easy and syncing the info from my old laptop to this one was very easy, setting p this laptop was easy too, it has a very long battery life and the sound is good too

This is a good looking slim and stylish laptop especially in its price range. It's not heavy so it is good if you need it to be portable and on the go. We use it mostly for the basic Microsoft office products, surfing the web and music/video, no gaming. Everything is fast and a major upgrade from our 3 year old laptop. There is plenty of storage with the 1 TB hard drive. Overall a good computer for a little over $500.

Great computer for students in school. Light-weight and easy to carry around. Only thing I’ve found troubling was the location of the power button, which is on the left side right in the middle, so I have shut off my computer multiple times by accident. But great otherwise!

Like the size and light weight. Great computer for the price. The screen is extremely clear and sharp. The Harmon Kardon speakers are fantastic. All in all a good buy!

Got this laptop on sale. Use it for work so I also purchased office. Great laptop and very fast. Lots of tips to get work done. Definitely recommend this computer!

After 3 days of trying to use this computer, being on the phone with Asus, and reading up on whatever I could find about this computer, I am returning it. The size, weight, and feel of the computer was perfect for me. When it worked it worked great! One thing (before I get into the problems I had) that was not so smart in the design was that the power button is on the left hand edge so when you pick up the computer to move it can easily be turned off. Ok, so now the issues. I am not too computer literate but here goes... It appears (due to Asus and what I read) that I was consistently having a driver problem where the touchpad and touchscreen would not work and no visible cursor on screen. After downloading drivers and/or restarting the computer I would once again be able to use the computer. After 2nd day of this and I thought it may be improving it completely stopped. No matter how many times I restarted and attempted to get into safe mode I was unable to get the cursor back. Finally using the arrows and tab buttons (and too many attempts) I was finally able to do a factory reset. After reset I had same problem. The other annoying and persistent problem is that from the time I turned the computer on to when the screen came up it took 1 minute 39 seconds. Very annoying when having to restart computer multiple times. Upon reading up on troubleshoot it appears I was not the only person having problems with the driver. It was unclear to me if this was a windows 10 problem with ASUS or what. I really don't know if I just got a dud for a computer or not. Too bad because I did like the computer when working but now reluctant to try another one.

Very easy to set up. Love the size as far as handling. No disappointment in picture quality. Charges quickly and satisfied with the battery life.

I consult for several different companies with lots of travel. This laptop is light weight with good speed to keep up with my hectic work life.

We have used Toshiba products for many years. But the audio has always failed us in fairly short order. The ASUS has served us well for many months and the audio has suffered no ill effects. I have use Asus components for many years, but this is the first of their full units I have ventured into. To say the least, I have been pleased and impressed. We are very grateful that we gave Asus the chance to prove their ability to put together the components that they have produced well for many years.

I bought these for our sales reps, they are fast, ready to use, reliable and they are in and out of cars all day.
