The first one that was shipped to me would not complete the set up procedure. It gave a BOD and promised to restart, but it never did. Best Buy was very good about accepting the return and ordering a replacement which was sent very quickly overnight. The second one gave me some issues after completing set up - apparently computer was shipped with outdated version of WIN10. Eventually, it downloaded the update and everything is running fine. A lot of computer for the money- the 500GB HD is used for OS and Programs and the 2 TB SATA is more than enough. Bluetooth works fine as does HDMI output.

It was time for me to upgrade from my 10 year old hp laptop. I was set on going with an Apple platform but was put off by the prices for the power of the laptop that I needed. I searched months for an alternative and this asus was the ticket. Lots of storage space with an additional ssd drive. It’s fast and easy to use. And it feels like a laptop in my hands. I’m not really concerned with the weight or how thin it could be. For me it is a great transition to a tablet/laptop and if I needed another I would buy the same thing today.

I bought this laptop after researching alot, and really this laptop proved to be good in performance and its configuration. The best part is I got a very nice deal of $200 off :)

I've had this laptop for a month now and have loved it! I'm a college student learning to program and have used this laptop quite a bit so far, the touch screen is super responsive and fun to use, I've been playing Geometry Dash and haven't had any issues with lag/frame drops. The entire laptop is a finger print magnet but it comes with a very nice cleaning cloth so as long as you wipe it down every now and again, your good; might want to invest in a cover or skin if it bothers you a lot though.

Love this laptop. I purchased it mainly for work. It is super fast, I haven't found anything I can't do fairly quickly. I wasn't sure if I would like the touch screen, but I do like it. The camera on it is great and very clear. Battery life is excellent! It can last 5 to 6 hours without breaks which is just amazing. It is not as light as some models, but it has 2 hard drives, so that is to be expected. I haven't hooked up the subwoofers yet, but I am sure they are great too.

I thought I found the right one after a lot of hands-on and research. Unfortunately, the battery life is suspect. I had it on for 30 minutes, maybe less just surfing the web at 100 percent after recharge. The next thing you know, the battery is at 40 percent. Unacceptable for me. I probably just got a lemon but I returned it and bought another one instead with only 512gb SSD. I think the computer was fast enough and 2TB is a great thing but ultimately, the battery life made me decide that this is not the one.

This is the latest product to join my little Asus family. It's fast, easy to set up, sounds great, and did I mention is fast? If you are in search for incredible, you cannot go wrong with this lap top.

best spec laptop for the money you can buy today. really fast and the SSD helps alot and also the 2TB hard drive

I was bit skeptical before buying this laptop but after purchase I really liked the features of this laptop. Also, its performance is awesome.

I was looking for a laptop that had an SSD, a 15 inch screen, was touch enabled and this one fit the bill. It also has the additional capacity of a hard drive as well. It boots up in seconds and has sufficient power to handle several simultaneous applications (excel, access, browser, Citrix). Graphics are great, but I don't use it for any serious gaming. I haven't used it as a tablet yet, but I will. It was also reasonable as it was $400 off.

I'd been considering a new laptop and wanted all the features this laptop had. I wanted a good screen but also wanted it to touch screen. and what made me really like this PC was the larger HDD along with a SSD giving me 2.5 TB of storage. I'm not a gamer but drive a PC hard with a fairly large database and photos The keyboard can be backlit also, a nice feature. So far, I'm very happy as this PC was a good deal in price and performance.

Love the speed. SSD and a 2 TB HDD. Perfect combination. Great for gaming. Blazing fast.

The Laptop is very fast and responsive this is the only 2 in1 I could find that has this kind of storage, with a graphics card. Unfortunately since the new update it has gotten slow

This laptop is great for graphic designers. It is fast and high tech. It has the best graphic card and has a new type of processor that does not mess up if bumped.

I like having SSD in this laptop. I also like having the numeric keypad in a 15.9" laptop. Dislay is beautiful.

We recently upgraded to this for picture and video editing and it is very fast.

The solid state drive is screaming fast. Plenty of storage so it serves as my sexy, portable desktop.

Well worth the price. Only real downside is the battery life. Other than that it is a great laptop.
