The laptop does everything I need: surf the web, run software for scanning, Word, Excel. The touch screen is nice.

I am not a computer professional. This computer is pretty easy to use, just need to get to the basics of windows 10. I got it to watch movies online and bought an external DVD player. He recognized it right away, but unfortunately had to buy a program to run it. Since then though. It has worked great! I have not used imagine tablet mode, but it is nice that it has that option

I run a business and this laptop speed is perfect for it!

Have been using this computer for about a month now and so far so good! The only problem I had was the dog eating the charger shortly after I bought the computer and had a hard time finding the replacement (even the ASUS didn’t offer it). Finally found it on amazon and problem is fixed! Computer can be a little sluggish loading up programs but it’s quick to start up.

Don’t usually like the 2-in-1 but this one I do. The storage is great.

Fast ,great touchscreen good battery display is great for videos , movies . Back lit keyboard is awesome.

Only complaint is that I have to keep turning the Wi-Fi off and back on for my ASUS. for whatever reason it will just not have any internet even though it says connected. Turning its Wi-Fi off then back on seems to work . Disappointing though. More disappointing is that the last couple of days it just locks up. Otherwise all items in my order working well.

The computer took a little time to get fired up and download all of the required updates, but it is a winner after we were able to start using it.

Purchased for one of our employees. This laptop does the job, is fast and we've had no issues with it.

It is a great laptop for school and converts very easily. It's a great laptop and tablet though it is really big when converted into a tablet.

Asus always has the right combination of components.my son plays first person shooter games using the TV as the display, I use multiple accounting and office type programs and always have Manny tabs open with no problem. Design is excellent, very professional looking

Good speed and great picture. Reliable and plenty if storage. If give it 5 stars but now that I've had it for a year and the warranty is up, it gets hot and slow sometimes. It worked amazing for me the first year

Great computer meets all my needs and then some. It is so much better than most of the same ones from other makers in the same price range

Not the powerhouse I thought it would be. Internet connection issues that my 7 yr old laptop never had. Speed is not what I expected. But it will work for my needs. I do like the touch screen and tablet features.

This our second ASUS and our first touch screen and we are lovin it. Its fast and works great.

So far no issues with this computer. Can be used as a laptop or a tablet with it's touchscreen screen. Great computer for everyday use.

I love this laptop, doesn’t everything I want it to do and more! Really great for school and just doing shaningans on the internet :)
