    This Asus turned out to be a real racehorse. Fast and (with its HD screen) beautiful. Although its weight could be uncomfortable for a fast track commuter, for someone who stays in one place for a few hours, its no problem. This machine is a winner.

    Bought this for my son, for college. Was a no-brainer because I've been using one for 3 years...has performed admirably. Speed, capacity, functionality, ease of use-all top notch. My only wish is that ASUS would fix the occasional "migrating cursor" problem.

    This laptop is great. I wasn’t sure about purchasing at first because I don’t usually hear people talking about asus laptops but it’s great. It has so many different features. This laptop gave me some problems in the beginning and the number ‘1’ button on the side is tricky, you have to really press hard for it to work.

    I use my computer mainly for searching the web, shopping etc. So far I am happy with this laptop; which I bought to replace another ASUS. I don't really care for the on/off switch on the side of the keyboard, and the keyboard itself is a bit stiff and seems a little more compact compared to my last one, but still getting used to this. Nice computer all is all.

    I love the memory and speed and the screen size and resolution is amazing. It is quite thin and easy to carry. I hate the fact that I have to buy an external cd/dvd drive and that I cannot attach my external speakers. In addition, that face recognition sucks. It has only worked a few times for me.

    I bought this laptop for the purpose of school and certain software use. Switching from a MacBook to a Windows took a lot of adjusting, and I’m still getting used to it. Although I have to say this laptop has been working great for me. I can’t complain. There are some things I miss from my MacBook, but there are a lot of new feature on this asus that I’m loving.
