Bought Asus 2-1 came with Sub-woofer Does not work!!! even after tech support helped with configurations reboot back to factory settings it does not work. Note: found fix on you-tube pathetic. Laptop works great other wise! Geek Squad will fix for price figures huh

no problems thus far. Initially had a problem but Best But exchanged it. Now it is working fine. Keep fingers crossed

The box was Missing the stylus. The computer works great! Flip capabilities satisfies the needs like a cromebook or iPad

This is the worst money I've ever spent in my life. The computer ran slow from the start. When I brought it in and paid the $150 fee to have it looked at, GeekSquad agreed it had a bad hard drive so the company would replace it for free. Sent it in and they replaced it but it didn't help speed it up at all. I tried to keep using it anyway because I had to for graduate school and the hinge broke and then I eventually gave up on it. Now it just sits on a shelf. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in my life with a piece of equipment/hardware. I can't recommend against this laptop enough.

It may be just me but I had to buy a mouse to go along with this because the pad on the laptop goes back and forth between being much too sensitive to my rouse and not sensitive at all. I have also had much trouble with it communicating with my printer. Sometimes it works well with my printer and other times it can’t communicate with it unless I restart my printer. Very frustrating.

I have three of these laptops in the family. The oldest one is 5 yrs old, the second is 3 yrs old, and I just bought another for my college bound child. All have worked flawlessly and have held up to college and business very well. Great value for the horsepower you get in the laptop. Would highly recommend this laptop.

Computer works well. Bought it instead of a mac in order to have a sufficient graphics card for web development.

Not over joyed with this. It does what it is supposed to do but shortly after and update the rotating screen feature stopped working and after trying all the walk throughs it still don't rotate. It does have good speed and responsiveness and a good deal of storage. I believe you will be happy with it as long as you don't get a screen glitch.

Son wanted it for gaming and classes. Does the job

Good computer a step above the average laptop. Video card frees up some system resources. Overall visually this computer stands out. I own this one as well as the upgraded model with a SSD and 4K display. While boot time is better on the SSD this computer runs good. The display is sharp and the touch screen works well.

I like ASUS products they seam to be the best. I have worked and owned several brands this is the only brand I will buy now. This laptop doesn't mention much about the fact that it will take a M.2 SSD, defiantly do this and leave the mechanical drive for storage. I will boot in 4 to 5 seconds with one.

For all the stuff that comes with this laptop, this was a good price. ASUS has been a good brand for laptop.

Pretty good laptop design/performance wise. It is a fingerprint magnet, just a heads up.

Got the Q524 model thinking I'm smart enough to get around all the Windows 10 problems I've read in other reviews. Wrong. There are definitely application or driver conflicts with Windows 10 and this PC. I tried shutting down a lot of features in msconfig, regedit, and policies. The only thing that makes this PC operate like a normal PC is turning off Windows Defender, and that's only temporary. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I also tried installing Windows 7 (many different ways). After getting creative with installing it, some of the vital drivers (video card, serial/mobo, the touchscreen and touchpad) are not available that make this thing unusable on Windows 7. Buyer beware, I'm a computer engineer so feel like I know my way around a PC pretty well.

Good for basics. Seems to need more then the normal update. Tablet mode works great!
