I'd never bought an ASUS device of any kind, and was honestly leery of it, but I couldn't beat the price and capabilities of the laptop. I am in HEAVEN now! No real issues...small things like the size of the "0" key in the ten-key is about half the size I'm used to, but that is so small of an irritation that I didn't even delete a partial star. Awesome computer...lightning fast. I'd buy ASUS again!

The computer works as it should. I am not a gamer. I use the computer for business and personal purposes. I have experienced NONE of the updating, boot up or other problem others complain of. I hope they were not mere shills for an unethical competitor looking to steer buyers to another product. In any event, I am satisfied and have no complaints.

Had problems booting after 30 days... the hard drive was corrupted and the store replaced the laptop...really like it...will see after 30 more days

I bought this laptop somewhat urgently, as my internet went out and I had a full online college courseload. I needed something to take to various wifi locations to do homework. I probably could have purchased a cheaper web book, but I'm sure glad I didn't! This laptop is fantastic. It is so versatile. The screen is lovely, and the touch screen/ tablet mode is quite useful. I purchased a bluetooth pen to go with it, which has proven useful for projects and presentations. I am very pleased with every aspect of this laptop.

We bought this computer for our daughter who second shoots for weddings. This is the perfect computer for her to edit photos without the fear of running out of storage. Very user friendly and easy editing with stylus.

It is quick and does everything i was looking for.

My last 3 laptops have all been ASUS. This one comes with plenty of features at a reasonable price. It runs fast and has good storage. Would be nice if it also had an SSD drive. My prior ASUS laptop had an issue in that the cooling fan ran quite a bit and was loud. Haven't noticed that problem on this model.

I purchased this laptop as an open box item. I considered another brand but the salesman pointed out all the features this laptop had that the others didn't offer for the money. I have never owned an Asus before so I thought I would give it a shot. Negatives: I have had issues with the laptop restarting itself in the middle of use, not connecting to wifi internet quickly, the face recognition security sign in works intermittently. Positives: The Harmon/Kardon sound is fantastic. The high res screen is quite clear and bright. I bought the extended warranty and plan to take to the Geek Squad to hopefully take care of the issues listed.

After much research this great little 2 in 1 came out on top for all the features I wanted but I overlooked backlit keyboard. This is a fun LT initial setup and operation took a bit of time so don't expect to open the box running but once you do get it setup and updated you will be happy.

A really good hard-working laptop with a touchscreen. I bought this for my wife who is a student and uses it 6–8 hours a day. It has been trouble free and easy to use, so she says!

We needed a new laptop because our old one just decided to die. Went in and talked with the BB folks and settled on this one. It is perfectly powerful and gets it done.

The price for the specs of the laptop are great. Upon receiving the laptop, it's constantly have been going slow and if I reboot it then it works great.

Returning to college in my mid 50's is challenging enough, now I find over half the curriculum is online. This ASUS is capable, powerful, and user friendly.

When I got the device home, I had issues setting it up. It was slow...plus I could not activate the free antivirus that was given by Best Buy...whenever I tried, I received an error message on a blue screen. The device became very slow so I decided to factory restore it. This took over 18 hours to do...the computer remained at 12% for close to 8 hours. I was finally able to restore the device and set everything up and it now works fine aside from the annoying sounds the clacking hard disk makes. I tried to get help with all of this from Best Buy but they were no help and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg even though I purchased the device 3 days ago. Works great now...

I am very pleased with my new Asus laptop. Very fast and smooth plus a very durable/sleek design. Would recommend this laptop to anyone.

My first touch screen laptop and am really enjoying it so far. A few initial problems setting it up but now everything is running well.

I bought this computer to replace an older model HP. I compared and felt this was a better option. My only complaint is my Disk usage is often at 100%. I have to turn off programs and its brand new!

I have loved this computer since I got it. The touch screen is perfect for school and the computer is very fast!

I really like this computer. I like being able to use it as a laptop or tablet. The drive capacity is excellent.
