Nice size computer for travel as well as memory capacity.

mouse pad is a little touchy but overall great computer

No Disc compartmt shuts down 5 min after use. I am not happy with it at all. Pictures are beautiful, when I can find them. Does not support Photo Gallery. Geek squad did not show me much. Only spent about 10 minutes with me. Too different from my Sony. Guess I'm stuck.

The Asus laptop has met my expectations at this point.

It's literally only being used to run one simple application for my job. But I probably won't need to replace it because the hardware is worth every penny. I7 with 2 gig video card and plenty of ram with windows 10?!

I have owned multiple brands of laptops in my life and this one is byfar the best for the money. It took a little getting use to the operating system but it great. I would recommend this product to everyone i know

Shortly after getting it the poweliks Trojan got on it. My fault not the laptops fault. I still would recommend it. I'm taking my time getting rid of poweliks. I'd rather be safe not sorry. Solid unit.

This was my first new laptop in over four years. Some notable changes in that time. CD / DVD burners are no longer standard (don't miss them), and because of the thinner design, there is no ethernet jack. I still use wired networking, so I missed that. The problem was easily solved with a very inexpensive USB to Ethernet connector. The hard drive is huge, but was kind of looking for an SSD drive. Did some research and found that can be upgraded with this computer. So, that is good too. Graphics are great, works flawlessly with Windows 10. I added a dual-boot into Linux and found that some of the hardware features are still a little new for the Linux world, but it still works pretty good. Overall, extremely happy with the machine and the customer service I received from Best Buy.

After getting used to solid state drives, an old-fashioned hard drive, while roomy, is definitely a slow-down for starting up and opening programs. Otherwise, no complaints, so far.

I use my laptop for gaming and business. It works great for both. Fadt, powerful and never slows down.

Easy for the whole family to use. Lots of storage space for our pictures and videos. Great price too!

This is a nice computer but after purchasing it and thinking about it, I really wanted one with a SSD drive and an 8th Gen Intel I7 so it was returned to the local store.

My son took me to Best Buy to look at an HP Envy and talked me into this Asus, which was a better buy for the money. I'm so glad he did! I love everything about this computer.

I got this computer for my daughter for her school and gamming and have not herd her complain once, which is really all i wanted to start with and reason for the 5 star

Bought this laptop for my son before he headed off to college. He loves it! Plenty of power and storage for a great price.

i have had this laptop for a while now and so far it has been great. go it on sale and it was loaded with faster, better components than the laptop i went to get.

I am really enjoying the 2 in 1 laptop experience and the Asus laptop does not disappoint. It is fast enough and I love the keypad functionlaity it offers.
