Sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable of the ASUS I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and pointed out that the Word program purchased at the same time would be an additional $20 off! Price was great and the 10% off coupon at time of check-out was an added bonus! Phenomenal experience, will be purchasing more products at Best Buy!!

GREAT COMPUTER, BUT STILL LEARNING

DASHLANE IS NOT FREE AND I DON'T LIKE TO STORE MY PASSWORDS OUTSIDE MY HOME. STILL LEARNING HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE USE THIS LAPTOP. I SET UP A PIN AND SUDDENLY, ONE DAY TRIED TO USE THE PIN AND WOULDN'T WORK. HAD TO CREATE A PASSWORD TO UNLOCK THE ENTRY SCREEN. NOT SURE HOW TO GET IT BACK TO A PIN? BUT OVERALL, OK LAPTOP.

The best laptop I've owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not an expert on laptops but so far this one is been great for me, super fast, enough memory on ram and SSD AND HDD both hard drives included this laptop turn on and is ready to use it, I had an old Sony vaio running windows 7 and so far I love that laptop but finally give up, went I started looking for one I decided to go for an hp Star Wars edition but I have a lot of trouble I replaced it with this one and can't be more happy

It was nice--too pricey for what we needed!!

It also froze a lot the whole time we had it among other things. That definitely wasn't good--being it was NEW and pricey!! Brought it back within the time limit--which we are very happy about!!

Excellent laptop

The large backlit keyboard with number pad is easy to use. The USB C means I'll be ready for that new technology. I have not yet used it in tablet mode with the adjustable screen so can't comment on that. I was going to connect it to a larger monitor but that may not be necessary since the 15" screen may be large enough. Highly recommend this laptop.
