Bought for my grandson . He is an avid gamer and needed a monitor with hdmi and very fast response time ( no lag) . He is very happy with it light weight easy to carry .

This monitor is a great high quality monitor if your on a budget. Although I have learned the hard way that it cannot compensate for low to medium graphic computers. I your graphics card can only put out 1920 x 1082 I wouldn't recommend this monitor. No matter what you do you cannot use the boarders of the screen. But if you're resolution can go high enough it's a great option.

This is my 2nd purchase of this monitor for a dual monitor system. I enjoyed the first monitor so much I decided to add another. Best Buy shipped it to me very quickly. My only concern is a slight difference in the gray scale between the two. My first monitor was bought over a year ago so as it aged the white looks more gray. I have tried to adjust it out, swapped cables, etc but it still is a different shade. The new monitor looks very bright white compared to the older one. So I would recommend with this or any monitor setup if you are planning to have 2 monitors or more buy them all at the same time.

We purchased the monitor with our new computer and, so far, it's pretty good. Not that the monitor will get better with time, but, we've only had one complaint about it -- the sound. The internal speakers are not that good. Even at full volume, it can be hard to hear unless you have a completely quite surrounding or using headphones.

My hi-res photos and videos look great on this monitor. slim profile, easy to use, HDMI connection, good price. I like the round base too.

Very nice TV for the one it was replacing and early model LCD TV, thishas a larger and clearer screen and takes up almost no room at all.

The picture quality is amazing. I am very impressed, especially for the price. I am a gamer, and play on the highest settings. It works like a champ. The sound isn't the greatest, but I plugged in my old speakers, and problem solved :) Great buy for the price!

Overall I think this monitor is an excellent choice. The picture is very good and it is fairly priced. I do however wish the button placement is different. One flaw keeping this monitor from being fantastic.

With my 2 screen needs and widescreen requirements this more than met my desires. As my vision starts to go with age, this monitor fulfilled my hopes of easy viewing. Hidden easy to use buttons and speakers. Excellent sound quality. My son was right about ASUS.

The ASUS 23.6" LED HD Monitor was purchased for use at work because I needed something inexpensive but large (and widescreen). This monitor not only does the job but has excellent resolution.

The first one I got came with a dead pixel. Took it back to best buy and got a new one. I love the quality of the image and I am very satisfied overall...my only complain is the back part where the conectors go...its a little uncomfortable to reach due to a plastic cover it has.

It's a Pretty straight forward 1080p monitor good size And it's 1ms grey to grey is nice as well.

The monitor is a great size for the price and has a great viewing angle. Just be careful if you have to move it or have kids or pets around that bump into your desk because it will shake and tip very easily. It could use more support but if you have it on a stable desk/table and you don't move it much that isn't a bit deal. This is better than I was expecting to find for the price.

I needed a new monitor for gaming, so this was exactly what I was looking for. The picture quality is nice with some tweaking, and has some different modes depending on what you want. I just stuck with the standard mode with some tweaking. The only downside is the sound quality, but that can easily be resolved with your own speakers. Overall, this is a quality monitor that I would definitely recommend.

it only has a 2ms response time and it has a great picture when gaming

I bought this for my son for a gift. He absolutely loves it. It has performed well and I would definitely recommend it. The best part was I got it on sale.
