My son needed a new computer for college, but he also wanted something that would have a decent processor and graphics. For the cost this was a great option and he has been really pleased so far. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because he doesn't care for the touch screen, keyboard or mouse, which is probably just a personal preference. Also a 16 GB memory would have been perfect. He was replacing an ASUS laptop which was great, so we were confident with the brand.

I love my new all in one computer. I didn't really know which one to purchase. The salesman really worked with me with choosing the best one for my at home business. It's fast, a touch screen, and perfect for me.

The quality does not seem too great, specifically the keyboard and mouse. Material feels cheap. Also, Having the camera at the bottom of the screen is not the best option.

We love this but Microsoft is moving towards making you have a microsoft account to use it. We got a tech to come out and bypass that feature for us. As well, Best has a new agreement with UPS they knock once then take it to a place you pick it up the next day. They are making things too hard!

This PC is AWESOME! Stock it comes with:
AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics Quad-core 2.1Ghz processor
8GB RAM (Dedicates 2GB to Video Graphics - totally worth it)
512GB Kingston OM8PCP3512F-AB **NVMe 2.1** SSD
TPM 1.38 (2018)
Bluetooth 4.2/ Wifi5ac
4 USB 3.0 Ports + 1 USB 2.1 on the front
HDMI in/ HDMI out
Audio Jack on the front
2 3W bottom-facing speakers
All built into a anti-glare 24-inch 10-point *touch screen* 1080p monitor.
The stand was designed by epic Asian artistry after the symbol for "human" and it takes up NO ROOM but provides awesome stability even on soft surfaces like a bed.
It runs all my games with zero-lag. League of Legends on Max Settings (130fps), Diablo II and III on Max (55/45fps), GTA5 on lowest (45fps), Final Fantasy 14 on low (30fps but buttery smooth and still beautiful). I'm very impressed with how it handles normal tasks. Opening the web browser and loading the first tab page takes less than a second.
The MyAsus Software that came pre-built all comes in one Windows 10 UWP app, is actually useful in tracking your warranty, support and computer health - but is also easily uninstallable if unwanted. Might I mention it does not take up valuable CPU in the background like Dell's multiple pre-installed applications.
This computer runs so fast, you don't have to disable security features to get the maximum speed out of it. In fact, the way this graphics/cpu matrix operates and caches app launches, you'll never know you even have security enabled (minus windows privilege elevation requests). It does all this on 65W of power. I've got mine hooked up to a Uninterruptible Power Supply and have turned off write buffer flushing on the SSD, but it's so fast anyway that I don't notice any difference.
The speakers are pretty okay. Think single small bluetooth speaker. You will not entertain more than 5 people, nor host any dance parties with the volume. But they do great for your in-your-face needs. And the viewing angle on the screen is pretty darn good.
My mind is blown. I have seen faster PC's out there, but not for a price of $749 straight from Asus - not built with a notebook processor APU - and certainly not at this toughness and weight. I've dropped it once from my bed to the floor and while the plug snagged and unplugged itself, the monitor survived with no damage.
I highly recommend as a gift or for yourself.
