Customers are saying

Customers love the excellent performance and ease of use of this Desktop - AMD A10-Series computer. They also appreciate its affordable price, ample RAM and storage, and quiet operation. While some experienced issues with the fan and power supply, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs these concerns.

I remember looking at this tower for a while and if I recall correctly the price was around $450 maybe $500. I got one of those emails about a 4 hour sale and saw this guy on there for $300 and thought if this wasn't a sign then I don't know what is. It runs smooth and fast, haven't had any lagging issues. My eventual plan is get a higher power supply and graphics card in, that's all it needs to be a great tower in my eyes. Besides that this tower is perfect for everyday use such as emailing, browsing the web, average gameplay or apps - like I said earlier, just needs a higher power supply and graphics card. Only issue I have is that when I was installing programs and games you could hear the fan kicking in. Other then that, still a very good product for that price.

Decent PC, plenty of RAM (8 GB) and runs quiet. The A10 quad core cpu is great for multitasking compare to the i3. The AMD built in graphic is way better than the Intel built in. Games can run at higher frame rates and higher resolution. Loved the built in AC wireless (no external antenna to be seen) The only bad thing is that the pc has only one pci-e slot.

Both processor speed and memory make this a great computer. I haven't had any issues with it yet. I'm hoping the A10s cpu can can withstand the heat it gives off, I know I'm not the only one who knows AMD chips run hot. So here's to the future, Cheers.

I purchased this product over a month ago and I have enjoyed it since un-boxing. The ram memory expansion was the main selling point. I have installed 8 additional GB of RAM and this cpu performs like a jet. The other specs of 1TB of HD space, processor speed of 3.9GHz just sweetens the deal. I highly recommend this product along with the additional separate memory purchase for a fast and high storage capacity cpu. Take care.

Pros: fast startup and processing large storage decent all around computing. Cons: workmanship is not the best on the motherboard first one had a bad fan had to get replacement computer second was fine. Also does not come loaded with Windows 10 takes like 3 hours to install which is annoying when you have to do it twice.

This was a recommended purchase for a business customer. It replaced an HP that had no further available hardware upgrades. The customer wanted to increase the memory in hopes that the software she uses for accounting might work faster. This computer is pretty decent for the price. Unfortunately this particular one didn't have Windows 10 on it at time of purchase. But after all the updates in Windows 8, It definitely was a smooth process. Does what it is supposed to do. Customer is quite pleased so far.

The only complaint I have about this computer is that the second video out is a standard VGA. My second monitor, while it's an 8 year old 19" LCD from Dell, looks absolutely TERRIBLE compared to a new LED monitor we have on the HDMI out. The older monitor performs well on HDMI - is it really too much to ask for at least a DVI port in addition, to cover the full range of possibilities? Otherwise, the PC performs beautifully. It's fast, and Windows 10 is just fine on a desktop system. Definitely do the upgrade from Windows 8.

I went into Best Buy to purchase a Dell computer, and the employee that helped me, schooled me on computers and suggested the Asus. I ad never heard of them before, but took his advice and bought it. When I got home & plugged it in, it immediately asked if I wanted to install Windows 10. I clicked yes, & it only took about 20 minutes to complete. Once everything was set up, and I started using it, I realized that it was extremely faster than my old XP. I have 3 email accounts, and my other computer, which I always thought was fast, would take about 20 seconds to load between them. But this computer does it in 2 seconds. Once you get used to Windows 10, it is really cool & user friendly. I would recommend this computer to anyone who wants speed. It Rocks!

I am very happy with this computer. It is fast and reliable. It is not small, however, so if space is an issue you might want to go with an all-in-one. It's perfect for my needs and I've had it about a month and absolutely no issues.

My son really wanted this computer for many reasons, but I found out later that the primary reason was for gaming. Anyway, fast forward past the manipulation, lol...He really loves it. It has increased his gaming enjoyment. I am on it a lot too because with the 8gb of RAM, it is very fast!

Helped my mom pick out a new PC after her Gateway died, this was the best available in a specific price range. Chose over the lower priced, budget PC's because of Asus' name and built in hardware. 8GB with an A-10 CPU right out of the box, should be set for the future. Was a little surprised at the small motherboard, only 1 expansion slot (PCI-E x16) and 2 memory slots, with one filled with a single 8GB card. Can upgrade to 16 GB if needed in the future. Thankfully everything, including wireless LAN, are built in so that shouldn't be a problem. Overall, was fast and easy to upgrade to Windows 10, good aesthetic look and so far, she's happy.

I reviewed another computer but it wasn't in stock so ended up with this one. Computer has had the blue screen of death (automatic shut-down due to errors) around five times. First time was two days after I set it up. Called Asus three times. First time, guy was helpful. Second and third time, they had me disable programs which then messed up those programs. Wanted me to bring back to factory install, but couldn't answer if I would be able to reinstall my Office & anti-virus. Ended up enabling those programs again. The next time the blue screen came up, I was able to take a picture of the error. Haven't called Asus back but according to posts on the internet, it has to do with the graphics software. Next time it happens, I will call them back. When I don't have those problems, the computer runs fine. One thing to note, the HDMI plug-ins are in the back of the computer, none in front. The front ones are for memory cards.

I needed a Windows machine for a specific program, and this pc fit the need well. It is not blazing fast, but it has decent boot time and performance. I think it would choke on a photo editor, but for general use, it works.

Well this my second ASUS desktop computer. The first one I got started burning the heat sink in less than a month! However, Best Buy was very gracious in that they replaced my computer out of their store stock rather than sending it back and making me wait for a week or more to get it back. One issue I have with computer is that it only has one expansion slot. So you can either get a sound card or a video card, but not both. If you want to get another card installed in this machine, I would recommend a sound card. The integrated sound card on this machine is kind of weak. Other than that I would recommend this desktop to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money but has good quality for the price point.

Good value desktop with enough memory. Much faster than old 32 bit Dell that died. Works fine with most old hardware (Dell monitor, mouse, printer, etc.). Had to upgrade some software for 64 bit OS.

Like the speed, has plenty of RAM for my purposes, and a built-in DVD player. Dislike the keyboard that came with it but that can be replaced.

This was my second computer from Best Buy since the first new one was an HP that quit working in exactly nine days. Since my two week exchange was still in effect I chose the Asus A-10 AMD M32BF 8 GB 1TB. The audio and video is much better with this computer. lots of speed and extra storage space. So far so good.

This computer will likely handle whatever you need it to, provided you're not looking to play graphics intensive games on their highest settings. The 1 TB hard drive is fantastic if you're going to put media on it, and it zips along with the standard things most people will use it for.

On my second one already. After 5 days the first one started making sounds - almost like a fan installed improperly. After one day of funny sounds, it just died and would not even turn on. Best Buy graciously allowed an exchange and have had a working computer since - almost 2 weeks. I will say that while working very well (fast might I add), it sometimes doesn't recognize the keyboard that is wireless. Can't figure what is going on yet.
