I bought this based upon the specs and features such as number of USB ports, processor speed, RAM, and location of USB ports. Over all it is very fast and quiet. The door on the DVD drive is clumsy and almost interferes with the drawer itself. Other than that, this is a really nice office CPU and a reasonable price. I did have the geek squad remove windows 8 and install windows 7 Pro for me as advised by family members. I like it a lot!

I bought this computer last year as a starter project. For the time being, before I could put a few upgrades into it, the computer was a decent desktop computer. It ran smoothly and didn't turn up any issues within the first six months after the purchase. Though about nine months after my purchase the cables connected directly to the power button became disconnected. After a few issues with returning it to ASUS to have it repair the computer ran just fine afterwards. So overall it's an alright computer for the price, it can run most games and programs without crashing.

Just got this desktop. Runs amazing and really great for gaming.

my desktop has crashed twice in the past year where I have to send it back to the factory for repair. It is a totally unreliable product . run as fast as you can from ASUS products.

New computer for busy business. Power switch failed within one month. Spent 2 weeks trying to arrange warranty work between Asus and Best Buy. Going to buy new computer today as I have to have a computer for our business and cannot wait for warranty work to be done since I have to ship the computer across country. Don't get this computer if you want reliability and good customer service.
