Super fast. Very quiet, no noise at all. Was easy to set up with Charter Wi-Fi. The keyboard letters are hard to read. For some reason the lettering is in gray. Who came up with that idea. I replaced it. The mouse has a comfortable hand grip. I have a large hand and it felt right for me. I have little to no problem with Windows 8. If you're somewhat familiar with the other operating systems, you can just about figure this one out. I am 55 and this computer is great for me. Does what I need it to do. I think you will be very pleased.

The computer is fast given the I 5 processor and 8gb Ram. The computer is faster enough to perform everyday task and do light gaming without any lag. I currently have two monitors connected and run multiple programs without any delay.

Worked with my ancient printer/fax. Fast connection. Easiest installation. Does the work for you. Excellent graphics and sound.

I've had this computer for about a month now, and it seems to do everything I need it to. For me, it's primarily a tool to browse the internet, but in close second I use it to operate Photoshop, Illustrator, and DreamWeaver. I have yet to do anything extensive with it, but so far it has held up to the challenge of high graphics. Additionally, I use it to play video games. As with the graphic design programs, I have yet to experience any lagging, delays, or undesired performance.

It is good for home computer. It is very fast to start up and very little noise. overall for the price you paid and you got a good deal. No major problem so far.

I bought this computer for its speed and memory for my pictures . Very pleased with speed .. Still trying to figure out windows 8 but overall great purchase!

I purchased two Asus computers at the same time on the advise of my long time computer tech. One for me and this one for my wife. He says he has had the least problems with Asus. That has also been my experience with my Asus laptop that I have had for years.

I just had it fully scanned and virus removed, yet it is still sluggish at times.

a little back ground about my self: i am a CAD operator and run a multitude of computers and programs that are processor and ram heavy to light weight and simple. Owned mine for over a month and as far as normal operation it has exceed my exceptions in it's base form. being able to have expandable ram is also a plus. I also have not noticed any loss of signal strength of the wireless since the first day (but that may be because the router is both in the same room and about 11 ft away.) and it only lost signal then because i didn't have the antenna aligned right. Speaking about the antenna i first had my concerns because not only is it magnetized but the wires are thinner than ear bud headphone cords, but works exceedingly well. As for operation sounds: it's very quiet even with the fan on full and i never hear the 1tb hdd spin up like they tend to do but it's still pretty young yet. graphically i haven't noticed anything but i currently have it plugged into a 22 inch Emerson lcd TV (780p @60hz) so unfortunatly i can't give too much detail on how beautiful the graphics are. but i can say i have to set the display at it's lowest to even display on the TV so that's a thing. All and all an excellent tower. Now for the bad: the included mouse and keyboard. the keyboard works great but is kinda "spongy" soft keys and you will have quite a bit of typos if you type faster than18 words per min. the finish along the top and bottom are finger print and smudge magnets. and in certain lights it becomes hard to see the print on the keys. the mouse is a little nicer: decent ergonomic design, scroll wheel doesn't lock or unlock (fortunately or unfortunately depending on your preference) i have yet to find a surface that completely stumps the mouse where it doesn't respond, but the with the location of the usb on the back and the length of the mouse cord combined; renders the mouse about an inch too short for any reasonably sized desks or configurations (currently i have the mouse plugged in the front until i buy a wireless or combo keyboard/mouse replacements) It's an excellent quality machine and i don't expect any less from a company like Asus. I upgraded to this tower from a 4 year old Sony Vaio and have no regrets (well except maybe Windows 8.1)

I purchased this computer as a gift for a friend who is not very computer savvy so far it has been a very good purchase. This is a pretty solid little computer. It does come with some bloatware but that is the reason why it is cheaper to buy these than build! It did save me some time by coming with "Classic Shell" loaded on the machine.

it runs minecraft and guild wars 2 with no problems. if you know any other games it could run well please reply.
