The laptop is fast and easy to use. I'm not crazy about Windows 8, but getting use to it. I love the touch screen pad which saves time. I also like the ability to fold it into a notebook which saves space. It is sleek and easily fits I to my work briefcase.

This computer is good for school, has a fast processor. Touch screen is easy to use and easy to navigate. Updates are slow. Otherwise happy with the computer.

The only thing I don't like so far is how many fingerprints stick it. Everytime you touch it it gets finger prints everywhere that are hard to remove. Computer works great and is very fast,

I bought this laptop for my little sister and she absolutely fell in love with it! It is great for college and we love that it turns into a tablet!

I love this all in one. It does everything that I need it to do. My only complaint is that there is a learning curve with changing from a laptop to an all in one. I also do not like that there are so many pre-installed apps and have yet to figure out how to add new apps- if I can even do that. Otherwise, I am pleased.

Not the fastest or lightest available but after a month I've had no issues. It's a good product.

Do not like Windows 8.1. Connecting wirelessly has been problematic at times. Like the fact that it can be used as a laptop or a tablet.

Was given as a gift an upgrade from windows 7 to 8.1 works fantastic. It is quick and has been easy to use and setup. So far has done every thing expected and more.

My daughter uses this computer for college light and easy to carry to classes and she is very happy with it! Great for multitasking!

My laptop is fine, wished I had purchased a larger screen, as the unit is to small and at time difficult to work with. When viewing applications it continually does not open fully, thus is rather difficult to work with. That is my only complaint. The Geek Squad was great, wished I had received more training on the laptop as its been rather upsetting at times trying to get it to do what I need. I have called the Geek Squad and they have responded nicely. Thank You Geek Squad! Sales person was rather thorough, but fast.

I have purchased many of these laptops for a client and they all have been great. The price is good and the quality is top notch. They are a little big to use as a tablet, but that's not what they are really about.

This laptop is simple to use right out of the box and has a wonderful new interface with windows 8. It is perfect for students because of its portability!

This computer beats the Mac as it can double as a tablet for taking notes in class. My college student couldn't be happier.

Easy to setup and get started even for the technologically impaired. Love the touchscreen and the way it converts to a tablet.

I purchased a Lenovo first but did not like it. I went back in and the sales consultant recommended this one. I am pleased with it. It's lightweight but has a big enough screen that I can see.
