This laptop is one of the best ASUS laptops you could own because it has all the necessary ports, power, and screen resolution. I've received lots of compliments from my friends. The only minor issues I have with it is since it has a number pad, it shifts the keyboard to the left, causing your sight palm to slightly touch the mouse pad when typing. BUT this laptop can tell very well if your palm is touching it and not click or move the cursor. Because its black and metallic it does allow for fingerprint stains to be easily seen but it can be easily wiped off. My laptop screen did flicker every once in a while, a little bit, when I was playing video games on it, so im currently trying to adjust the settings so that doesn't happen. Its about 5 lbs, on the heavy side, but you can expect that with the amount of power this thing is packing. But that's it! Its so good, these are the only picky things I can say it can be improved on. It arrived in about 4 days of ordering to my nearest BestBuy. You can do a protection plan with ASUS or BestBuy it's up to you. The dial does not get in the way when typing and is very customizable to what you want in its settings. Before you buy, look at all the models and specs because ASUS built several types of StudioBooks that are much more powerful and pricier. Some even come with a studiobook backpack. Mine didn't. So find the one that fits your needs before you buy, because its a big purchase. I recommend ordering an 18" laptop sieve for this so it can be safe, but this laptop is shock proof if dropped according to ASUS. The light up keyboard is white only and the keys have a nice large arial text that the light goes through and there are 3 levels of brightness and off on the light-up keyboard. This laptop was able to transfer all my saved files and work over thanks to my microsoft account, even on my favorites bar in microsoft edge, so save everything to OneDrive and it should transfer over. The casing is metal, matte, and sturdy, it doesn't wobble, creek, or bend to pressure or movement and feels like a macbook, unlike plastic laptops. Memory and more is upgradable and replaceable, because ASUS doesn't sauder them in. Sound is pretty good (designed by harman/kardon), but not the best like the newest laptops ive seen but not bad either. Overall, this laptop is spectacular, almost perfect, best windows laptop for productivity, photo and video editing, and casual gaming. Handles multitasking like a champ. If you game pretty often and intensely, I recommend a slightly more powerful graphics card such as a 3070Ti version or up, of the studiobook. To know more, I HIGHLY recommend you check out more reviews on YouTube, they were very helpful and in-depth but many youtubers also couldn't find really anything wrong with this laptop. I'd also avoid buying one on Amazon or Ebay, because the shipping through them could beat up your laptop box in my opinion. BestBuy did a great job of shipping my product to their store with care.
