We bought this computer for our son for college. We got a great deal but 3 weeks after we purchased it the blue screen came up. My son could not do anything with it. The Best Buy said that they would fix it but it would take 3 weeks. He could not be without a computer for six weeks. So since we had Geek Squad and it was only three weeks, Best Buy replaced it. We were very thankful that they did this. Geek squad is a must and the guys and girls there are great. I hope this computer continues to work well for him. Only time will tell.

nice having a flip screen with touch, easier for work

We prchased this computer for our daughter to use in college. It has been great for her. The size and speed has made is convenient and easy to use. We are very satisfied with this purchase and would buy again.

Bought this for my daughter as her college computer. She gets lots of compliments on the look of the computer! She loves that it's touchscreen, lightweight and versatile. Seems to fit all of her needs as a human science major. We will be buying another one for my other daughter and for my son as well!

Bought this for my daughter when her laptop died at the end of freshman year. No frills but works great for her needs. Would definitely recommend for an inexpensive laptop for teens.

This was easy to set up and use. I love the touch screen and did get a mouse to use as well. The computer has very good screen to look at and is quick and easy to use on the wireless internet. I purchased it basically to use when I am away from the office and it has exceeded my expectations.

Had an issue with the 1 st Asus I bought but, decided to return it and get another one. The problem was not detected on this new one and it's been great. Highly recommend it.

I love my laptop. It runs super fast and easy to use. My only complaint is that the power button is right next to the volume on the side so it tends to get hit accidently

Nice 2-in-1 Touch-Screen Laptop. Power button on the left side of the laptop is awkward and the keyboard does flex when typing. Overall good portability and performance.

This laptop is just the right size for travel, taking to school and work. Love the touchscreen and 2 in 1 tablet style. Asus has been a favorite brand of mine since I bought my last laptop from them. Good quality product and a great value. Recommend all Asus products.

I got this computer before going off to school, and my only requirements when looking for a laptop were that I wanted it smaller, so it is more portable, and lots of space. So far it has been really great and met all my needs. I had some problems where it would automatically switch to tablet mode when I was clearly using desktop, it was frustrating, but I haven't had any problems with it in a while, and it really wasn't that big of a deal. It has all I need and is compatible with other programs, for instance I downloaded iTunes, and there haven't been any glitches so far.

I've had several surgeries due to cancer. My laptop must be lightweight and speedy. I have enjoyed this laptop so far. Asus is strong company that used to only make processors, the fastest, you can't go wrong on their laptops.

I got this as a backup laptop to my much more expensive Macbook Retina. I was primarily looking for 2 in 1 functionality so I could use it in the gym. My iPad mini while great for reading on the plane or train is too hard to read on the treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike, and I felt the iPad Air was too expensive for what it was. Yes it's bulky for a tablet, but not bad for a laptop. It is almost exactly the same size, weight, and thickness as the 13" MBR. The display is decent and the touchscreen functionality works ok. I read somewhere it's an IPS, and it has good viewing angles so it might be, but it's not as nice as a macbook retina display. However, the backlit keyboard, 1080p and i5 is uncommon at this price point and it represents a good value (especially with the student coupon I used). Ram is user upgradeable to 12gb and the 1TB HD is easily swapped for an SSD. Battery life is decent (8 hour-ish on basic tasks). It comes with a ton of bloatware that is kind of a pain to remove. The fan is kinda loud. Those are my only 2 complaints. Otherwise this is a great mid-range 2 in 1 at a price where most other laptops feature i3s, 4gb ram, and TN 768p displays.

This laptop is a good value for a high school student to do basis assignments. No problems with battery life or speed.

It is light and easy to use. Soft touch screen and many useful features. It takes too long to open, though. I like ut.

Fast processor and very easy to set up! Would recommend this to a beginner as well as someone for light office use.
