Always Get the Warranty!

The 13th Gen i9 doesn't regulate it's temperatures & it burnt itself AND the motherboard out. That being said- while I had it & it was functioning, it was a BEAST of a PC. If you know what you're doing, & how to limit the temps through BIOS, go for it. I loved every minute of owning this computer, up to just before the moment it died. It was fast, fun, responsive & never had any issues - until it imoloded. I wish ASUS had gone with a different/better generation of Intel CPU, or that Intel hadn't released a self-destruct CPU variant - because I could have seen keeping this PC for a decade easily... but it barely survived over a year. I'm a die-hard ASUS/Intel supporter though, so hopefully my next ASUS lasts longer!

The warranty is 3yrs after you register the product with Acer. (the description says 1yr). Recently their software Armory crate is one of the best so many features. they are constantly updating. bringing in new features. The PC is liquid cooled with 2 fans on the top. The unit is big and heavy. very well made. it has the new KEYSTONE feature. overall very satisfied for the price.

I finally get it after 5 days because it is not available in store, only to find out it will not start. Tried all the trouble shooting steps i could find out on the web and still nothing. Call Asus support because they give you a note with that says, please do not return to store if not working call us, but when i did the page crashed and got kicked out, when tried again o sorry we are currently closed, im like what. Going back to the store dump this trash , don't buy worst experience ever for a pricey PC.
