The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a sound issue so it had to be replaced not even 24 hours of owning it. Come to find out it was a windows issue.

There are no issues with sound card like in other posts. I hooked up my Logitec z5500 speaker austen and was flawless after i found out how to connect it for 5.1 out of the 3 inputs. Then, around 01/25, it seemed like it took forever booting up, as I had it displayed through HDMI. Once the screen was displayed and I logged in, there were no issues. Finally, it got to where the monitor didn't turn on, so I made an appointment for them to look at. They connected it through another port, and it booted quick like new. We then tried the HDMI and nothing. After a few restarts, it then didn't turn back on at the store. Sent out for repair and could not fix it. I got a refund. Extremity disappointed, so should i give it another try?

Check the MFG Label on the box - DO NOT Take the person's word handing you the box when picking it up that it is the correct unit....Mine was supposed to be the "ASUS - ROG Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-14700F - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti - 2TB SSD - Black" but it was a 1TB SSD NOT the 2TB SSD version - So now I have to return it to the store today under the Holiday return Policy and yesterday I had to order another unit to be shipped to the store again that I will go to pick up on Saturday and see if they get it right this time....Hard to say if I would recommend the unit as I have not yet had the chance to try it yet and depending on if they ship the correct unit to me on Saturday if I will or not. But since they want ratings - low star's

Comes with a keyboard and mouse which aren't very good but have rgb which makes it look somewhat cool.
