Literally a 5yo asus laptop ran the sims 4 better than this hunk of junk. It says its 16gb ram but its being SUCKED UP by all the bloatware. I have not been able to play any games requiring more than 2gbs of ram. I reformatted it twice. I have cried, i have screamed, i have bought no end of things that the internet says will help, now im getting a ram stick for this thing. I tell you here and now, if i go through the money and the time to add this ram stick and it doesnt make this thing usable I will be getting a replacement. This is insane.

Fresh out of the box, the internal SSD port did not work. 8 months later and I wish that was the only issue. Screen occasionally fails and the only way to remedy is with a complete restart. I am disappointed in the quality given the price I paid.
