First off I barely know anything about specs of a PC. I've been looking to get into PC gaming and I always hear that the graphics are better on a PC. I've done some researching in the past few months and took a chance with this machine. I love it. The mouse placement on the right side is awkward at times but barrable since I'm not using it for gaming at the moment. Keyboard placement is awkward too. I've hooked up my G29 reaching wheel and have been playing American Truck Simulator. The graphics are nice but I hooked this monster up to a 4K display and the graphics are even better while running the settings on ultra. I had to dumb them down a notch when I changed the motion setting of the game but everything still runs crisp and clean. Someone introduce me to some team games. Looking for a squad. This is a beautiful, and expensive gaming computer. I am disappointed, however because it does not have g-sync though the same model listed on the ASUS website does, and am further disappointed that the processor is not the RTX 2080 but the RTX max-q. The NVidia processor configuration options provides no option for g-sync, though this was a major reason to purchase such an expensive gaming laptop. And, per the many queries posted on various websites, it seems that many purchasers were as frustrated as I am about the missing display options on the Nvidia control panel. It all apparently leads back to the fact that the 2080 max-q does not support g-sync. Overall, it is a great gaming rig but not what it should be, and not as advertised.

This laptop is simply one of the most powerful laptop I have ever worked with. It won’t let you down. You may need some time to get used to the keyboard but everything else is amazing.

Other than the battery life which it’s understandable why it doesn’t last that much since it’s a gaming computer, it does a really great job and I haven’t notice a significant decrease in quality over time so far

I purchased this laptop recently after my Razer Blade 17' all I have to say pure power! I really enjoy this laptop and whoever decides to purchase this will not be making a mistake.

It is everything I was looking for in a computer. Reliable, Fast, and has all the internal accessories you will need.

Sturdy, lightning fast, and easy to use. Purchased a gaming mouse a short time later and my gamer is beyond happy.

Weighs about 1/3 of my Alienware and is so much better in every way : )

This laptop doesn't mention anything about Max Q. Most of the others that are Max Q say it on their listing. But not this one. So I thought I was buying an RTX 2080, but instead is a Max Q version which isn't even as good as an old GTX 1080.
