It works well with gaming and every day tasks. Though I ultimately returned it due to battery. I couldn't get more than 1.3hrs with the gpu off and just using the internal graphics. You have to understand that this laptop is literally a desktop replacement and will need to be plugged in at all times. Max you will get is a good hour. Though besides the battery there is nothing wrong with it. I was surprised by the sound quality, it's very good. The screen was vibrant, the keyboard was a bit weird but it worked well once you get used to it, and the build was very sturdy. I did have some concerns. The bottom of laptop was a bit flimsy though it's built to lift for air flow, this I was worried about breaking. Also the aura lighting system is a bit irritating to use. I would have to sync my lights everytime. The minor issue was the lack of camera (though you can easily buy one).

We do understand your disappointment if the WIFI stop working after a year of usage.
To resolve the issue, please try to perform a System Restore in order to revert the system to the last known good configration. Try to update the WIFI driver and olease verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is stable or working properly. As a last resort, please do a PC Restore in order to bring the system back to factory settings.
