Comcast had raised the internet speed so I was going to need a new modem and router anyway. My son installed these without issue, even with my internet being down at the time!!! Work great!

If you have a big enough space Ai mesh is pretty cool

Easy to set up and covers all of our 2 story, 1100 sq ft home without any trouble.

Once added to the network, this router caused a slowdown in the transfer rate to 1-2Mbps/sec. Problem was somewhat solved if this was moved farther away from the main router (RT-AX82U). There is occasional decrease in speed but these seem to be blips rather than constant. Don't know the performance as a router.
