Glitches and Blue screen of death

The battery life while browsing is too short. Like about 2 hours. The camera quality was grainy and unfocused. It wasnt until I installed an android emulator that the camera quality significantly improved. I'm still trying to learn from various forums on how to change the laptops default settings to increase the fps. There was another time, before I had installed the android emulator, when I was only using zoom and my entire screen glitched. It wasnt lag from zoom T_T. A minute later I got the blue screen of death. Its funny but at the same time not because of how much this cost me personally. I went through a prevention checklist and have no idea what caused these issues. Regardless, I'm probably going to return this model and hope for the best.

Upgraded it from 16 to 32 gb ram and added a 1tb ssd. So far its been a major upgrade from my previous laptop that had a 1650 gpu. Runs CAD and adobe fantasticly. Main complaint is the ram is a 2x8 kit instead of a single 16gb stick, so i had to buy a separate 2x16 kit.

I have no complaints. Its durable to be out in the dust on a job site and powerful enough to edit the smaller videos i make.

I’ve enjoyed it so far after roughly 2 weeks of use.
