Not much of a difference from the non-oc version. The Specs listed on this product page is wrong about total board power and recommended power supply. You are really just paying for a higher chance at a better binned gpu chip, to get stable clocks beyond the +1% OC the card is at stock. Shipping was quick and on time from when they said it would be delivered. Unless you are looking for a specific design/rgb/color - I wouldn't pay anymore than the amount this card is on sale for.
