    Also just 1 1/2 year old and won't power on

    Won't Power On - Took it to Best Buy to fix and it cost me $359 to get it looked at plus the cost of a new mother board if that is what the issue is. also had the same thing happened on a previous version of the same brand

      Certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, this is a random problem.

      If the AIO will not power on, please try another known good power source or AC outlet. Also, try another knonw good AC adapter.

    Doesn't last

    Just 2 1/2 years old and it's dead. Won't power on. Suspect is the mother board.

ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and final inspections for both hardware and software before we send it out to the stores worldwide. ASUS provides warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated factory escape defect.
