One of the worst laptops I've ever used!!!

That's the catch though, not everything will work properly. I've had this laptop since April of 2019. Not a long time considering how this laptop has started to crap out on me. My first problem: The trackpad. On this laptop, there is a decent trackpad. The issue is that after you've been using it for maybe 10 minutes the trackpad itself will stop working as a whole. You can't scroll up or down, you can't move it. It just stops working. You have to wait a minute or two before it comes back and starts working again. As someone who uses excel, types papers, etc. this is an EXTREMELY frustrating problem. This happens daily and I'm not sure why. My second problem: The internet goes out randomly for no reason. When I'm done using this laptop, I close it just like a normal person would. When I reopen it, it's disconnected from the internet ...? Not sure why at all. To fix this issue, you have to right-click on the internet logo in the bottom right of the screen. This will then open a menu that will ask if you'd like to troubleshoot the problem or go into the settings. You have to troubleshoot the problem and it will be fixed on its own. This reoccurs every day. This is also EXTREMELY frustrating. This is easily the most ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING laptop I've ever had to use. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone. Because of these two big issues, I'm going to upgrade and get rid of this piece of junk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAPTOP.
