I've had this computer for a few weeks now and it's been working fantastically. The only issue I've seen that's been a little weird is that only on this one language-translating website (SpanishDict - using chrome) does that one particular tab freeze for a few seconds whenever I use it, but I'm not going to attribute it to the computer itself. It runs very fast otherwise and the screen is very nice - the screen takes up over 90% of the area and that looks super clean and sleek to me - and movies play great. The keyboard feels very nice and natural to type on - it does take a little bit of time to get used to though, but I've already gotten the hang of it and I haven't even had the thing for a month. The hardware on this bad boy for the price I paid for it is phenomenal, but I only look to use CPU and memory intensive software on this device. This computer cannot play any non-casual games to save its life, but that's not why I bought this computer so its not an issue (but at least I tried). Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, and I hope this computer can last longer than the Surface Pro 4 before it (~4 years before the thing randomly decided to never turn on again). p.s. the charger for this thing is fantastic too. It is very small and compact, just a decently long cord connected to a 3'' by 3'' cube that plugs into the wall - very convenient!

Let me start with this, the specs on this computer make it worth at least $900. I purchased it for $619! Excellent value, the SSD is large and fast, the processor is i7 and moves beyond words! The memory is perfect. For light gaming this computer is ideal, as it has many uses and blazing speed. The boot up time is less than four seconds. The audio is pretty good given the "stereo speakers" which lacks a true brand name. Overall, what a steal for the $$$. Cant go wrong. Only con, the battery seems to go fast.

I bought this refurbished laptop almost a month ago and I must say that I'm over it now. It's not horrible or anything but I feel that I can find better. First, I'll start with the Pros and that is the speed. Once, you log on and access all the cool apps and the internet it's fast. Secondly, I love the amount of GB it holds. I mainly use this laptop for school so it does the job. On the other hand, there are more cons than pros I would say. Now, keep in mind that I bought this as refurbished so of course there might be problems I'll run across. First problem, the battery gets low fast and I have to keep it plugged in. Secondly, the laptop gets hot fast to where sometimes you hear the fan make a loud noise for a few minutes and than shut off. Lastly, when I get ready to type I have to sit up close, because the letters on the keys are too light to see. Overall, it's a decent computer and it does the job but I would rather find something else.

so disappointed...I purchased this laptop on March 27th, 2020, and I loved it...until May 2020 when suddenly it froze, and the screen turned all white. This happened again maybe two more times and I just brushed it off and kept it moving. Forward to today and its happening way more often and it's so frustrating because it has happened while I'm working. I have tried limited technical support since I'm no longer in warranty, but nothing seems to work...besides this one issue the computer is great. I don't know what this issue is or even how much it will cost to fix. If anyone has any idea on what it could be please reply

This device was easy to setup, even for those not so tech-savvy. It has lots of memory, so it enables me to run my loan processing program with ease. This device runs that program faster and more efficiently than my desktop at the office! The webcam has great video quality, which is a plus for virtual meetings. This device is great for those who need to work remotely. It boots up quickly, and I am able to run several programs at once, without any performance issues. I highly recommend this device!

I am very impressed with this Laptop from ASUS. It was bought by my mom, a teacher, to be able to keep up with the sudden switch to online teaching. The SSD boots to the Windows sign-in screen in under 6 seconds and updates take less than 5 minutes to fully complete. This machine runs like a dream. It is very quiet and runs rather cool. It's not used for gaming but for everyday typing and regular internet usage you cannot beat what you get for this price.

I absolutely loved this machine from the first day it arrived. Its fast and functions so smoothly. Im glad that I bought it. The only thing I'd change is the color of the letters on the keyboards and probably add a backlight to the keys. Other than that it's a great machine. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I really like this little computer. It's really fast with 12GB of RAM and an SSD not to mention the i7 processor. At Best Buy it's a great deal in comparison to other PCs I looked at. Size is perfect and the keyboard (despite some complaints) is decent to see. Would definitely buy this again.

This laptop is a steal for everything that it includes. The combination of the 12GB of memory, i7 intel processor, and the static state drive make it really fast. I have owned it for a month and it's the best computer I've ever owned. 100 % recommend it.

I have had a couple of ASUS computers in the past, this one is the best of the bunch, by far. The construction is solid, works fast, has great storage and a great webcam, I would purchase again in a heart beat.

As a college student, it is very important to have a laptop that is both reliable and can get the tasks done in an efficient manner. I really dont have very many complaints. The graphics are good, multitasking is a breeze, and the system seems to boot up in a very quick manner. Video conferencing is seamless and the integrated wireless driver seems to handle it just fine. If I were to complain, I would have to say that sometimes when charging or under high stress, the right side of the laptop seems to get noticeably more warm than the left, but this is a very minor detail. Other than that, if you are looking for something reliable and that you can depend on, this laptop is a great and affordable option.

I've never owned an ASUS computer before, so I was a bit apprehensive buying this one. But the specs were great and the price was reasonable. This computer runs like a champ and hasn't given me any problems. I'm not an ultra-heavy user, but I usually have 8-10 internet tabs open along with 3-4 applications. No lag at all. Love the fast boot up too. I'm thinking about buying a second one.

This is my first Asus laptop. I've used nearly every other brand. Its fast, light, and reliable so far.

He likes the speed to access emails and the web searches he does. This laptop boots up quick also.
