Great laptop and very good price considering it being used. But couldn't. Ask for a better laptop with functionality for the price.

Everything about the lap top was great the thing that really did not like was the free virus software, when I tried to load it it would load and a number came up to call. When I called the number the rep tried to tell me I had a Trojan attached to my IP address and it would cost me 400 dollars to fix, when Ai told him that was to much money he came down to 150, red flags flying I told I was going to do something different which did not set well with him so I had to hang up, contacted Trend Micro and had no problem. With that being said I did not get a free anti virus.

My new ASUS laptop has been a great choice for my personal needs. The size, weight and ease ability to travel with it was just what I was looking for.

This is very light and very slim. Especially I like the power adapter which is very simple unlike other ones which are bulky

We got this to replace my husband's worn out laptop. We like everything about it except for one thing. The key board isn't lit up, which wouldn't be so bad except the letters and the keys are only slightly varying colors of grey. If the light isn't just right it can be irritating. I guess I'd still recommend it, but I'd point that out to take in advisement while making a decision.
