Best Buy replaced with a new unit because feared the issue would return. New one works fine so far. Some minor glitches, but no more than our HP's. Like the feel and speed of the computer.

Even comes with a privacy filter for the webcam. Highly recommend. Just look out, its gigantic for those looking for a smaller laptop.

Thats why i went with Asus for a laptop this time. It has a impressive turn on setup once you charge the battery for 3 hours, so far after one night it’s pretty good for me, i just need a normal laptop for home as my old HP laptop was starting to act funny.
