Broken Upon Opening
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this product for 3 hours before it broke. Apparently you can only open from the center of the laptop, because opening off-center will break the hinge and shatter the screen. There was no resistance and it started shattering within an inch of opening. Best Buy was great when I returned this to the store, but I will not be repurchasing.

I certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or, part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this pc for 6 months and only got 3 good months use have had trouble with it ever since. the support was no use at all and you talk to someone in a different country witch you cant understand. the backlite key board has stopped working also. I bought this from the advise of a best buy pro what a joke that was. look at something else need to pass this one up

Initial WINDOWS setup and WINDOWS Update installation should be completed in order to keep the laptop in optimum performance and stability.
