    Can only really just read email. Ram too low. Will freeze a lot and need updates constantly

    Laptop barely has enough memory to function without installing a single app. As soon as you add some pics or download an app it becomes extremely slow. Barely functions enough to surf the internet!

    I got the laptop for my mother-in-law. It’s been running very slow since she opened it. Barely anything on it, and it’s still running slow.

    Spend a little more money and get more ram, or bypass this operating system all together. - This unit will crash and freeze when multiple windows are open. Microsoft weighs it down heavily. 4gb may be ok for a basic chrome book, but not this paperweight. Ive only had this for 2 months and have already purchased another laptop out of frustration.
