Q: Is the memory soldered?/ Can the ram be upgraded?
A: There are two slots that can hold DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMMS. Plz watch vids that show you how to disconnect the battery before you make any modifications.
Q: what type of charger do I use i didn't get one with it
A: According to the "Features" section, a power adapter is included. Check your packaging carefully, as manufacturers sometimes put smaller pieces like these in "pockets" within the packaging, and sometime it is even covered up. If you still can't find it, contact BB right away.
