This laptop is just okay. It's lightweight, comes with an optical drive, and a good size screen. I am not sure I am going to keep it, though. It's really slow, pages load up slow, and the keyboard makes loud clacking sounds. One more thing, I took a chance and bought open box because it was a a great price. It looks brand new, and even came in the original box. Not some generic box you get with refurbished laptops. Also, most of the bloatware was taken off, so that was a nice surprise! I would definitely buy open box again.

This laptop is sluggish upon start up. It can handle basic web browsing and school work but not much else.

I really like this laptop for everyday use. Light weight

I needed a basic laptop for my children to use for homework and classroom assignments. This was a good fit. The purpose of the laptop was NOT for a bunch of games, DVDs etc. I caught this one on sale. There was a competitive option from a different manufacturer with a more popular brand name starting with an "H", that had the same laptop with the same specs (But a lower quality processor) It was $80 higher in cost. So I went with this one and am glad I made that decision. (Although the other brand is one of my favorites.)

the processing is a little slower than what I had expected but overall it is enough for what I needed.

I was looking for economical Laptop with a Windows operating system that would run my simple checkbook program. I didn't care if it didn't have a terabyte of storage (500GB is enough) and I didn't want it to be filled up with a lot of software I didn't need. This system came with a CD/DVD drive which was a plus so I can watch an occasional movie when I'm on the go. I was surprised it didn't come with an app for viewing DVDs but I found a basic one on line that will do the trick.

I purchased this laptop for my son as a replacement for an older Sony laptop. The sales rep told me he owned one just like it and highly recommended this particular laptop because of its features, reliability, and cost. My son put this on the network quickly and the laptop setup menus walked him right through the entire setup. He said the speed of the laptop was excellent and he loves the product. I recommend this laptop if looking for a low cost nice featured device.

Very nice laptop for the price. Got it and then it went on sale the following week. Best But was great, made an adjustment and refunded th difference in price!

Its pretty good to be one of the cheaper computers. This computer is functional. It's not the fasted thing but it will get the job done. It loads Netflix and Hulu pretty well, no problems there. I haven't had any issues with running streaming sites and working in other programs, other than it can be just a little slow at times. When I first opened it, it did take a very long time to update. But since the first update all the others take a reasonable amount of time.

Only issue I had was that charger does not stay in very well and can fall out. Otherwise the laptop works just fine and had no issues.

Not for gaming but an adequate computer for most daily uses. Very light with decent size screen.

After having this laptop for 20 days, it will not function without being plugged in(shuts down when unplugged). When laptop is picked up or moved slightly it shuts down. It will be fixed under warranty, however, I have to pay shipping. Garbage.

I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A LAPTOP I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM CARRYING WITH ME. THIS ONE IS PERFECT. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES IT, SHE JUST TURNED 6 AND SHE IS BETTER THAN I AM. LOVE IT.

Exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Very affordable laptop and runs excellent!
