Asus - Zen AiO 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One

Spent first night until 3 am working unsuccessfully with Geek Squad to get mouse and keyboard to work. Finally bought new mouse and keyboard. Then, first time I actually turned it off rather than allowing sleep mode, it never turned on again. Finally gave in and took it in to the store and the Geek Squad there could not get it to turn on either. Ended up getting a refund and buying the closest in stock match - which was an HP that was almost $200 more. Huge concern is that my personal info was on the returned computer, and I was not satisfied with verbal assurances that they would work on it and manually delete personal info.
