The texture on this laptop is amazing, the weight of this laptop makes it so much easier for me to bring it along during my travels. The system itself has been 10/10, nothing too complicated, and the graphics are really good.

I think it's a great little computer. It has everything that is important to me. I'm still learning about all the things my old computer didn't have and having fun at the same time. I so much appreciate the wonderful sales price at Best Buy!

Excellent machine. Long battery life. Best laptop I’ve had in a long time.

Was able to get 10-11 hours of battery life by uninstalling asus software and using ghelper. Greys can look grainy but everything else is great.

Working well for its intended use - streaming, browsing, emails - while traveling. Very light and excellent battery life!! Noticed that touchpad is slightly larger than expected (but not in a bad way). Currently happy with purchase!

Verdict: An absolute steal at $550. The Best Parts: This laptop is feather-light and incredibly thin, but still feels like a premium, solid machine. The OLED screen is beautiful with perfect blacks, and the battery life is legendary—it easily handles a full day (and then some) without a charger. The Trade-off: The Snapdragon chip is the main drawback. While it's fast for daily tasks, it has app compatibility issues. Some specialized software or games won't run natively or at all. Bottom Line: For $550, you’re getting high-end hardware for a budget price. If you mostly use a web browser and office apps, it’s perfect. If you need specific professional software or gaming, double-check compatibility first.

l love the color of this computer, helps stand out which one is mine in a crowded room. Only had it a short time, so far so good seems to work very well, battery is amazing!

So far, I'm very happy with this purchase. Crazy light and the display is beautiful! I don't think you can go wrong. My only suggestion would be a touch screen. The laptop I'm switching from had one and I miss it

Good screen and decent weight. Run slightly warm. I had to return it because the school's requirement was a 16GB laptop. This computer is fixed at 8GB.

Faster processor. Powerful battery. 5 hours with Netflix. I love it. There’s software that still isn’t compatible with this processor architecture.

This laptop is absolutely amazing literally everything about it super professional very efficient very fast they knocked it out the park so far for me.

Overall, I really like the computer. It works very smoothly, and in general, it is a really nice device for the price. However, at first, I got it with a lot of discoloration on the sides of the computer. I managed to exchange it for a new one, but this one still has minor discolorations. Now I don't mind it as much because I got it with an excellent discount. If I had bought it full price, I wouldn't say that this is a good choice. Because the computer is a light color, you can see the discoloration marks quite well.
