    Do not buy this from Best Buy!

    Bought an Asus laptop at Best Buy. Dropped it, cracked the screen, and found out Asus’ free accidental damage protection doesn’t apply if you buy from Best Buy — because they want you to pay for Geek Squad insurance instead. Best Buy then quoted me $1,900 to fix a laptop that costs $1,600 new. Total rip-off. I’ll never buy from Best Buy again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

    It was dead for less than 6 months after blue screen, even hard reset does not help, I need to send it back to fix it.

    Asus Zenbook Duo Dual 14" 2nd screen flickering

    I just bought ASUS Zenbook Duo Dual 14" and Im getting horizontal flickering on my second screen. I followed every steps that might have caused & all the procedures to eliminate it but it still pop outs once in a while. The date that I can return it has passed and feel helplessly sorry about it. Hope somebody can help me out on this. Thx

    The screens are so reflective all I can see is my face on the display. It is incredibly distracting. There needs to be non reflective screens. If there is any back light in the work space it makes it virtually impossible to work.

    Awesome Tech, horrible Asus Support

    Started crashing after a month. Factory reset, Hardware diagnostics pass but the video card drops out 30 minutes into games and causes random kernel BSD, a nightmare to get asus to fix that combo.

    Ordered two. Both arrived DOA.

    I was really looking forward to using this to improve my workflow for investing with the dual screens. I received them a day or so ago and just got around to unboxing one. I plugged the charging cable in and the charging indicator went from red to white which after researching came up as meaning the battery was almost fully charged -- yet the laptop would not power on. Unboxed the second one and exact same thing. Googled and watched YouTube videos thinking maybe there's an off chance I'm doing something wrong but pushing and pushing and holding (some online suggested pushing the power for 30 seconds with no charger and then plugging the charger back in and trying again) but to no avail. Both are being returned now. A shame I was really looking forward to this!

    Great Laptop

    The laptop has been great quality wise with everything feeling really sturdy and premium. The second screen is a complete game changer since before I had to carry around a second display and the both look crisp and the same with regards to thier color profiles. The battery life is a bit short but that's expected since I use both screens all of the time. The software is a bit laggy at time but most of the time it is quick ane responsive. Overall it has been a great buy.

    Zenbook Duo Model #UX8406 is a quality build

    I purchased a Zenbook Duo Model #UX8406MA-PS99T on April 2, 2024. The laptop was delivered April 10, 2024 and I began using it a few days later. I have purchased several ASUS routers previously, but this was my first ASUS laptop. The laptop is well built. The hinges and stand are solid, no flat parts are warped, and the magnetic connection between the keyboard and bottom screen snaps into place securely. I was worried about these last 2 items since the keyboard is quite thin. There are sufficient connectors for every device that I need to connect to. I have not had the laptop long enough to comment on the battery life. The charger is small and efficient. I would have liked the charger prongs to fold down which would make packing easier. The touch screens work well. I would have liked if the touch pen could be stored inside the laptop. I've taken the laptop on a trip overseas which involved airplanes, trains, ferries, and bicycles. It's handled the jostling fine. The dual screen is a neat idea and the reason I bought it. ASUS has thought through how folks will use 2 screens. I am pleased with the how it's has been implemented. I would be better if the laptop could be able to be folded into a tent orientation. All in all I am pleased with the unit and have already recommended it to a friend.     I pre ordered from Amazon. I get decent battery life. Its snappy and the displays look great. They were 2 white balances out of the box and took some tweaking of the settings but now they match. All and all this machine has not made me miss my M series Mac.
