I had been wanting an SSD Solid State Drive for the fast startup and ease of use and this definitely starts fast. I'm very pleased with the touch screen and the quality of the resolution. The keyboard is very responsive without any sticky keys or loud clicks. I'm pleased with the battery life thusfar as well. No real complaints to speak of.

Not a techy person 100% jus wanted something that flipped and had good speed ans battery life and a fingerprint scanner and enough storage. Check check check check!!! 1st time with Asus.. Way Less hectic and faulty than HP

The easy set up, fast processor, clear screen and light weight make this laptop an excellent choice for work or school.

Purchased this laptop to replace a 3 year old HP that died a few months ago. After 2 months of using this Asus I am thrilled with it's performance. It is fast to start up and has very long battery life. The display is great and keyboard/touchpad works well for me. Initial start-up was simple as laptop walked me through each step. I strongly recommend this ASUS Zenbook Flip!

The only negative about the computer is the non upgradeable RAM

Great features- has all the bells and whistles and great for my son who is in his first year of college. A bit expensive though so bought geek protection and hope it will last through college!!

I bought this to replace my 9 yr. old Asus.....it is SWEET!!!!! The salesman at the Best Buy was really knowledgeable and helped me a lot....great purchase!

The screen will occasionally glitch when I am using it in Tablet form but as soon as I flip it back to laptop it fixes itself! I am a college student and I love it!

Great 2 in 1 laptop that has strong enough specs to handle most of my daily work. Nice build quality and everything is holding up so far.

I've had this laptop for about 10 days now and Love it! It easily lasts a full day of classes and studying. It's a good weight easy to carry around but still feels sturdy. It easily connected to my wireless printer with no problems, it's been super user friendly and came with a stylus in box. The speakers on it are great, probably the best I've had on a laptop. (I've had hps in the past.) It's quiet and doesn't overheat like my last laptop did. Though the charger can get a little hot when plugged in and Charing the laptop. I went in and talked with a team member and they ordered it and got it to me fast with matching Amazon's two day shipping! I have no complaints so far. It has easily connected to various wireless internets and has been easy to use and navigate. If you need to use it for a lot of movies then the battery life may be a bit shorter, for obvious reasons, but the screen has great display as well.

I purchased it for my wife's birthday. She loves it.

I had this computer less than 2 years and the hard drive went. I had Coverage from Geek Squad but they could not fix. Was told they must send out for repairs and the stating price would be $400. Help!!!!

Excellent laptop for anyone to use. Very thin and light. Doesn't heat up at all, though you have to rest it on a flat surface or keep the vent in the center of the back exposed. Feels excellent to type on (though I had to get used to the feel of the keys' texture) and tablet mode is very nice. Main complaint would be about the touchscreen combined with the ASUS Pen (which is included) recognizing my hand instead of the pentip frequently, but this isn't a big deal if you wear a glove or don't really use the pen. Battery life is great, sound system is decent, screen almost looks 4K. Trackpad is luxurious. Have not tried gaming on it, but for a work/school laptop this is absolutely amazing.
