Waited until I found an open-box for this beauty!

The screen is fantastic, and illuminates from a very wide angle, but it is a bit reflective. SO happy to find an open box of this, so willing to drive 90 mins up to Erie and glad that I did. Much more powerful that my PC which was no slouch just a few years ago. I haven't really experienced any overheating but I use it on a desk.

Wifi has intermittent brownouts, sometimes it completely disconnects which can only be fixed be a hard power off. Touchpad occasionally goes crazy and becomes hypersensitive. Putting it to sleep fixes this. I have had 2 or 3 times where it completely shutoff (while plugged in). It runs hot when watching videos. I wish I had returned it and waited for an Intel Lunar Lake laptop.

Based on the issues described, It is recommended to download and update the BIOS to version 309 for system performance optimization. The update takes a few minutes, please do not turn off your computer during the process to avoid a critical problem that may cause the system to not be able to turn on.

The screen has the greatest color....its beauty!! Response is fast, lighted keyboard is a plus, it's easy to carry with me. Actually I don't have anything negative to say about this laptop.

My previous ones still run just can’t keep up with all the new software and apps. But this one is amazing and since my old one is from 2015 it was time. You will not be disappointed with Asus of any kind. This laptop is awesome especially everything that comes on it!

Speakers will blow you away. OLED is great. KB is great. Trackpad is great. Just don't try to game with the thing in your lap.
