The Asus Zenfone Zoom 3 has dual Sony lens and 12x zoom. I love the pics I take with this phone. The battery is amazing, so it's a plus when using the camera. Additionally, the dual sims and the Zen UI interface are intuitive and attractive. I intend to keep this phone for a very long time. The price and the features make is it the best Smartphone out there as compared to the expensive prices of the other phones, Not to mention that Zenfone 3 zoom has dual sims, encrypted, and fingerprint sensor. The Geek Squad warranty is the best available. I am highly satisfied with customer service inside the store, online and on the phone.

This phone is a great value. It thrives more than what it lacks. As others have mentioned, it has superior battery life. Why don't we see this kind of tech in phones like Samsung and Apple? We all know why. For a 5000mAh battery, this thing lasts me three days on a single charge. The camera is really good too. Bringing quality pictures to mid-range phones is a plus and a delight. Does well in low-light, but nothing to write home about. The thing that made this phone lose a star is the bloated software. It has so much going on in the background, it's impossible to watch a video and enjoy it whether it's played locally or on YouTube, NetFlix, etc. The UI lags behind the audio. I think another thing I would have liked to see is the ability to put a custom ROM on there. The ZenUI is so bloated and I like having minimal things on there. Overall a great phone that you don't have to plug in every night, I took it with me to the Philippines and it was awesome and it worked very well. Would I consider buying another one? Perhaps.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom is an awesome phone with 3 outstanding features and 1 niggling problem. First, the niggling problem - the phone is slippery....the sides and rear are extremely smooth and slippery. Very easy to drop the phone. I ordered a leather case to hopefully solve that issue. The outstanding features... 1. FANTASTIC battery life! I'm getting more than TWO DAYS of battery life with medium use corporate use - emails, calendar, some browsing, many calls, Uber, Maps/Satnav and camera use. It has the biggest battery of any phone on the market yet is still slim and light - amazing! 2. The fingerprint reader on the back is AWESOME! I unlocks the phone almost instantly, so no more pin code entries, and it even works with many apps...simply touch the conveniently placed fingerprint scanner on the rear of the phone and you're in...no more remembering passwords etc! It works brilliantly and very fast. 3. The camera has two lenses, a wide-angle, fast lens for normal shots which work well in the dark and an optical 2.3x telephoto lens for longer distance work. The camera is optically stabilized and even features PDAF focussing for very fast focus. I highly recommend this phone. It's far better than any iPhone for corporate use, IMHO, and better than any comparably sized Android that I've ever tried. If you want a phone for primarily games and videos on a huge screen, then get one of the common phablets instead. This is a phone for serious use.

This phone does exactly what it says it will do. It gives you awesome battery life, a smooth app usage experience and a decent camera. All this for 30% of the cost of an iPhone X. I picked up an iPad and a nice point and shoot camera with my "savings". :-)

The cellphone it is not a good looking one. the camera is pretty good, the size screen just perfect, the sound super good, there is a lot of room to improve sound it needs 2 speakers. The quality screen better than other ones special when it is a super mode picture is set .Battery last a little more than 24 hours, Asus has amazing upgrade work it does it faster than other ones. For the price I DO recommend it on top of any other range price phone .One more thing it is very slippery from your hands be very carefully..

I bought this on black friday for $279 and it is the best phone I ever owned. I bought this after my lg v10 got stuck on a boot loop issue. I have owned Samsung, lg, apple phones and this asus phone incorporates features from all phones

Overall it's a solid mid range phone. For a device with such a big battery it's quite light and speaking of battery life it's excellent the processor is more than fast enough

I did not want to buy another iPhone or Samsung like all my friends....so I went for something similar that gives me what I need and doesn’t cost a mint...the battery and pictures on this phone are amazing for a phone ...and I love the Android part.....it’s just awesome

I purchased this phone Summer '17 at a local best buy This phone has amazing specs on paper Great dual camera on back Amazing 5000mah battery Perfect Amoled Screen And I loved it the first month and then a dreaded white line at the bottom of the Screen appeared and would not go away, it was a glitch, hardware related not software Had to send my phone into ASUS to fix it, they took FOREVER When I did receive it back I had it all 10 days when I dropped it off a bed, a 3ft drop onto the floor The Screen cracked internally and I had to send it in once again This phone has been nothing but a head ache, I would not purchase again.

The phone is excellent for the price. But a problem showed up after 5 months... A white light on the bottom of the screen. It is nothing that interferes on the usage of the phone, but it is defective. Yet, good camera e great battery.

Love the battery life. Battery Life + the low price were the drivers for this purchase, and that worked out. Not a great phone, but I wanted something cheap to tide me over. It fit that role.

I like the phone, I was looking for a smart phone with dual SIM card and this phone has this feature. The phone is big enough and easy to use

Solid phone nice "iPhone" feel to it, camera is solid and runs smooth through all applications. Only down fall for me was the UI just didn't work like I wanted too. I could look past the enlarged icons on the notification area, and the ackward home screen, although easily customizable, I just wasn't feeling it. The bloatware is through the roof as well will take you 20 minutes disabling the stuff you don't want if you can disable it. Now I could see past that if it wasn't for one MAJOR fall in the UI. That is when you turn the sound to "Mute" it automatically turns on Do Not Disturb. For me that was the straw that broke the camel's back since when DND is active you will not get any notifications to you wearable devices and that is why I want my phone on mute so all notifications will go to my wrist. I wouldn't say I wouldn't recommend this but it does have a lot of flaws that hopefully will be fixed when it gets the Nougat update but at this time it just wasn't for me.

Has an excellent frontal and rear camrra, it takes great pictures. The battery last a lot of time.

Awesome phone. The battery lasts me days with use, signal is better than my old S7 Active, and its processing is terrific. Would like to see Asus or another company make a waterproof or more adventurous case but maybe soon.

Apps start up and run quickly. Screen is great and has vibrant colors. Takes nice pictures. Fingerprint reader also works very well. Nice to have a cheaper alternative to a Galaxy or iPhone that is of good quality and performance

Having no other experience with smart phones, I have no way of judging, but I am quite pleased with my purchase. The 5.5" screen is large and bright and easy to see. Everything works as expected and the battery life has been excellent so far.
